Took my Chevy Trax 2018 for service and complete the coolant flush. After service they left loose one of the hose clamps and my car go over heated to the point that water pump broke. Not to mention they charge me to reseal the oil pan $1,005.09. I was a customer not anymore! The advisor Christian a very rude and arrogant person and the supervisor Michael is the same way. Only advisor that has great customer service is Jason Moore feel bad he works there with them.

Took my 2021 Silverado that was under the warranty miles to Jeff Whyler Chevrolet Service over a year ago. The paint bubbling in a spot. They looked at it and gentleman said pics were taken pics and it looked too him like it world be taken care of but they would get back to me in a few days. A few weeks go by nothing. I call and they tell me someone would be reaching out to me. I wait a few months call again and was told someone would be reaching out to me. I wait a few months and I call again and once again I'm told someone would teach or to me. I've still not heard one word on my service. What's the use? Terrible customer service.

Worst dealership ever. If you don't know already let me tell you why. Let's start with MONEY. They're labor rate 200$ an hour. Other chevrolet dealers 140 or 150$. Now let's say parts. If they price say a radio. They're cost is say 350. You will pay 800 or 900 for that radio after mark up. Then comes the other shady stuff. Like selling brake flushes on a car with 15,000 miles or less. Then you get into other people's complaints. Like the guy with his transmission flush being messed up. Well they don't even do a proper flush on the 8 speed Colorado. They use a drive line machine to suck fluid from the plug at top of pan and then pump some fluid in and ship it. That is not the correct procedure. Then the lady with the ac issue. Well that's no surprise considering none of them know anything about HVAC. I saw them price an evaporator out on a truck with no evaporator leak just guessing. And sure enough the evaporator was dry as a bone when they replaced it. Crooks. Add to that the fact that at least 3 out there 6 mechanics ARE NOT CERTIFIED and haven't completed any GM training and the managers are the biggest crooks on earth. Take my advice and steer clear. I mean you have another gm dealer right across the street. If don't believe me research it yourself. Oh and the 5 star review saying electrical issue great staff by Michael Lindsey. Well that's the service manager. Just more dishonesty from a shady company.

Took my 2015 Colorado in for transmission flush in early December. Truck started shifting hard afterward, to the point of feeling it jerk when going from 1st to 2nd. I brought it back 2 times in January to try to resolve issue. First time they said they did a computer update but it didn’t resolve anything, the second time I took it back, their technician took a test drive with me and actually told me my truck is supposed to shift that hard and you want a hard shift so you know it’s working properly. After hearing this and never having this issue before taking it to them, I took it to a trusted mechanic my family has used for years. When he drove it he said something was definitely off and when they checked the transmission fluid they found it was 2 1/2 QUARTS LOW. That’s without finding any leaks or anything that would’ve caused other than when they flushed it. Truck is running great now thanks to my local mechanic. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this service shop, or you’ll just end up wasting a lot of time and money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am always treated with kindness at the dealership, which is nice. The men who check us in and out are always polite and I have no issues with either of them. For routine maintenance, I've also got no complaints. For the specific issue in this instance, my car is working much better and I'm grateful it's fixed. HOWEVER....I do have issues with the service/repairs department. On January 10th, I brought my car in for a routine maintenance, as I always do, and mentioned that I wanted them to check out a noise coming from my A/C. I was charged a diagnostic fee, and ultimately told that my cabin filter needed replaced, which I agreed to pay for and have them repair. The noise never got better, and in fact, it got MUCH worse over time, which prompted me to bring it back in on April 5th. This time, I was notified that my AC compressor had blown and it would cost me $1800 to repair. To me, this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If the service tech would have diagnosed the issue properly back in January, I could have completely avoided this problem! Not only that, but AC Compressors are supposed to last 10+ years. My car was purchased from the dealership BRAND NEW in 2019 and I have 50k miles on it. I was told the warranty for A/C ended at 36,000 miles and that the AC compressor, despite it being a part of my engine motor, was not covered under the PowerTrain warranty. I had NO CHOICE but to have it repaired and pay the $1600 which I find to be completely unacceptable. I have NEVER missed an oil change or routine maintenance, always purchase Wyler Care, and have always brought my car into the dealership. To make things worse, I have filed a complaint with Chevrolet Corporate and attempted to contact the GM of Eastgate Wyler (Noah) MULTIPLE TIMES to which he has never even attempted to call me back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I bought my car here about 2 years ago. Biggest mistake. It hasn't been 2 years and this car has needed so much work the most recent issue is my master cylinder which is costing over $800 to fix and this car is fairly new. I've called the service department everyday for 2 weeks asking if it can get fixed, cost , how long etc they don't answer and the parts department for Mazda don't answer. I've had to reach out to another Mazda dealer because this location sucks and don't answer the phone. These 2 years with this vehicle have been a headache I will never purchase from here again.

So a few weeks ago I had an appointment for an airbag recall. After 40 minutes of waiting in the dealership for them to preformmy airbag recall, I was informed they never received the airbag, but it would be in tomorrow. Well, that Friday didn't work for my schedule. Then I called them last Thursday to schedule an appointment for this Thursday, which would be now two days from today. They called me this morning to tell me that they do not work on SAABs, only GM vehicles. I explained it is a GM vehicle, and it is covered by the GM recall. Sidenote: I was in Japan for four years when I received the letter, you know, being a Marine, so this is my chance to have it fixed. Apparently the service manager said "that they don't work on SAABs." Weird the GM recall website says that they do. I would avoid this place at all costs. They service manager must be incompetent as a mechanic. It is hilarious that GM wanted SAAB owners to stay in the GM family but they can't get service with a lick at any of the GM brands service centers. I will seek out other dealers to service my cars in the future.

Why is when calling the service department you get transferred to someone in Florida who can’t answer a simple question like can you drop a vehicle off the night before? Had to get a call back on that. Tried to schedule an appointment, had to get a call back on that. Tried to use the website to avoid the atrocious phone service, links were broken. Tried to use the chat instead, got told I would receive a phone call and I never did.Why am I working so hard to spend my money here?
