Can't say enough good things about the Wyler Body Shop in Eastgate. Our car was involved in an accident and they were recommended to do the work by the insurance company. It took a bit to get us in but the work was great and completed within the timeframe communicated. They even facilitated an unrelated minor body repair during the process that was very reasonable cost-wise. We had a great experience from start to finish with them. The most impressive thing I need to share is that there was a follow-up installation on a door handle that hadn't come in when the other work was completed. They notified us when the part was in and we neglected to reconnect with them for the better part of a year. When we finally set up a time, they had diligently kept the handle ready and installed it while we waited. I can't thank them enough for their great customer service and taking care of us each step of the way.

My car has now been at this body shop for over 3 weeks after an oncoming car hit a deer into my car. I’ve called a handful of times and talked to nice customer service agents, but every time they tell me there is no update and “Joe” is supposedly looking at it that day and they will give him the message personally to ensure a call back.. which has never came. The communication is awful, I still don’t know if my car is totaled, getting fixed, or anything and insurance has not been updated with information either. Definitely will not be coming back to this body shop for any future repairs.

I was involved in a MVA on 8/12/23. I went into jeff wylers body shop for a free estimate. Once receiving my printed estimate I was told by the adjuster named ike that IF I wanted them to do the repairs they could do that for me. I told the adjuster I would get back to him. 2 days later I received a call from Ike informing me that they had already ordered parts for my vehicle and that they would like to get me scheduled for a repair. I kindly informed the adjuster I had NEVER confirmed that I wanted the work done. At that time the adjuster informed me he would no longer be uploading my estimate to progressive. Of course when calling progressive I am being told the estimate MUST be uploaded by Jeff wyler. I spent 2 days trying to call management only to be told today that their contract with progressive ended 2 days ago so now they are unable to upload my estimate. This is all because I did not want to go any further. So they did NOT provide me with a free estimate...only a peice of paper that means nothing all because I did not want them to perform the work and they lost a sell...save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

TL;DR They did a great job with the repairs but the organization and management of the shop is horrendous.I got rear ended and I am leasing my vehicle from Jeff Wyler so I took the car to their body shop to get fixed since it is technically their car. The people there are friendly and gave me a quote the same day and told me they could start repairs in 2 weeks. All was good I dropped off the car and was told 10 days for repairs. I got a call 8 or 9 days later that the accident had damaged the frame and it would take longer to repair (still, all good no problems as no one could have known that.) 2 weeks go by after that with no update so I give them a call and my repair consultant said it’s taking a bit longer because they’re waiting on parts. Again, no sweat because they can’t help that. I wait another 2 weeks with no call or updates and decide to check on the progress. When I call I speak to the nice front desk lady who tells me my parts are there and they’re working on it now, should be done end of week. Friday rolls around no call so I call again and the lady tells me that the technician who was supposed to be working on it is sick so it’ll be early the following week. Alright I guess but seems strange. Wednesday of next week rolls around and no update, meanwhile I haven’t heard from my repair technician nor has he returned any of my voicemails. I speak to the front desk lady who says they’re finishing it now and cleaning it Thursday to pick up Friday. Friday at 3pm rolls around, no call. I ring them up again and speak to a new repair consultant who tells me that my original consultant hasn’t worked there for WEEKS and my car is still needing parts to come in. I inquire why I was told for basically two weeks now that my car would be ready and the new guy informs me that the front desk lady was “confusing my car with another car.” I’m in no rush to get my car back but the lack of accountability and poor record keeping was infuriating to say the least. I would think the least they could do is call and tell me my consultant doesn’t work there anymore and give me an updated timeline. I’m very mild tempered but the whole ordeal was stressful to say the least. Honestly I probably won’t buy out my lease just because of the poor experience I had with the body shop. It’s a shame because everyone I worked with was very nice it’s just impossible to get a hold of anyone or get updated in a timely matter. All the while you’re still paying your car bill and it seems like they’re almost intentionally giving you vague and conflicting info. 2/5 because the repairs were quality in the end of the whole ordeal

I took my car in for dents that came with the car when I bought it. Said they would PDR the smaller ones and repair the crease in my hood. It took a week, got my car back today and the smaller dents are still there, thinking I wouldn’t notice them and dirt all under the paint in the BRAND NEW hood they put on it. It’s a brand new car, should’ve been done right the first time.Services: Painting

If I could leave a zero I would. Took a brand new car in to have scratches fixed on a bumper & it basically looked like they took a sharpie to it. They also broke my door handle while it was there & scratched the car. Car went back a second time where they were to put a new bumper on it. Picked up car & scratched bumper yet again & damaged molding over a tire. Also scratched leather inside car & did not even care to put a mat down over mine. Just shows they don’t care about work they put out or how they take care of your vehicle. After the second time even a salesman told me that they would never recommend their body shop. A dealer as big as Jeff Wyler you would think they would have a stellar body shop.Services: Painting

We didn't end up using this service because they're unresponsive. Our truck was hit & we took it to this shop to get an estimate for the insurance company & it took 3 minutes of the man, Scott, to tell my husband to send him the estimate the insurance drew up for him to review & to get in for a new estimate. My husband emailed him twice and I waited 2 and half weeks for a response before calling to check a status and spoke with Scott who said he never received the emails my husband sent so I forwarded the emails to him and waited an additional week and got no response.

From start to finish I was updated on the process of the repairs, Kristy specifically was great to work with. The body work was seamless and looks like there was never any damage. There was a minor issue with a sensor after the repairs and they were able to get it corrected and fixed quickly.Service: Body & Trim

The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They lie, tell you one thing and then so no we didn’t say that, make you take your vehicle even though the work isn’t complete promising we’ll call you when the rest of the items are available….not so! They don’t honor their word and that says a lot about these people!Services: Painting

My granddaughter's 2019 Jeep went in for repairs over 3.5 months ago (June 30). Still not finished (Sept 20)--in the meantime, granddaughter is without a job due to lack of transportation. We keep being told 'it'll be done soon'. It appears there are a LARGE number of vehicles in the Body Shop lot awaiting repairs as well---if the wait time is currently 4 months, why is more work being brought in? I can't really comment on the quality of the work--because we haven't SEEN it yet!
