Would not recommend. Long story but this is the treatment we received. We took our diesel to diagnose where the truck was losing oil. We asked for just a diagnostic service, did not approve any other type of work. They call back after a couple days to say it may need some engine work but their diesel mechanic is on vacation. So no one could truly diagnose it. It would be a couple weeks to get to. We understand, said we'd pick it up. We show up and they did an oil change without asking. We had just done an oil change ourselves a week prior. They charged us $280 for a service we did not ask for or give the okay to do. Then tell us that they didn't even charge us the diagnostic fee! We take the truck to another shop, in Williamsburg. 5 days AFTER we had picked the truck up from Huddle, they call to tell us the entire engine needs to be replaced. It'll run us about $14,000 and ask if we'd like to get it set up! Mind you, they don't have the truck and did not get into the engine at all. We definitely did not get charged for that. The man on the phone then wasn't even sure if they had the truck and ended the call with saying they did have it. That all we owed was the oil change to pick up. Turns out, it just needed a new oil pump. Which is a lot cheaper than a new engine! So in my opinion, and others I have shared with, they were trying to screw us. I don't know how you can diagnose something when you haven't even taken it apart to look at it? I'm not a mechanic clearly but seems like wou would have to look into something, to say it needs replaced. I've never had a mechanic try to take advantage of us before. I honestly couldn't believe it. I'm glad we were able to take it to an honest mechanic and not get taken for 14k. Have no reason to make this up, we were looking for honest service and needed a work truck fixed. Be aware before you take your vehicle in.

They do great work at a fair price when you tell them exactly what you want done. however, I suggest you try to diagnose an issue yourself before leaving it to them.
