Go in for a trade. No one approached me. I had to find a salesman. Then Once they appraised by trade in and gave me what I'd be paying for a new vehicle the price was $5,000 over the sticker price on the car. They stated it's a "sellers" market And all vehicles are over priced and everyone is paying the extra money. I said well I'm not paying extra its listed for $5k less. We did not work out a deal and I wont ever buy a vehicle from them. When it's a buyers market I'll remember who was taking advantage of the people. They also cost them selves around $200,000 worth of extra business because my buddy who runs his own company came with me to see how the service was and he won't be buying his new trucks from them. Good luck treating people like a number. Won't make it long with that attitude.

On March 20th, 2021 I purchased a 2015 toy hauler travel trailer, my salesman was Craig Ochabot. I noticed many things that needed attention; liquid on the floor indicating a slide out leak, broken hand rail on the rear door, exterior places needing attention with caulk and the power bed in the rear needed adjustment. I picked the camper up and the walk through crew assured me all was fixed. There's were evident signs of caulking but two of the vents were cracked and just caulked over. On March 27 I took my first trip and it was a rainy weekend. The fluid was on the floor when I opened the slide out, two off the three vents we leaking and the power bed was still jumpy. I texted Craig at 1030 and we exchanged in excess of 20 text and pictures regarding the issues. His response was "when can you get it here for us to fix those issues?" I told him I would as soon as I get back in town. On March 29 and 30 we exchanged several more text and he was suppose to call me back with instructions on when to drop it off. I hadn't heard from him by April 6 so I texted again and received no reply. I then made multiple calls and left multiple messages for Mr. Ochabot over the next 2 weeks again with no reply. The last week I called the office and asked for the sales manager, Ron Cramling answered. I explained the situation and Mr. Cramling apologized and stated he would get the issues fixed right away. Within an hr I received a call from Hayden Bailey, the RV service manager he instructed me to drop off my unit the upcoming Monday and it would be repaired. I dropped the United off and meet with Mr. Bailey. He assured me everything would be fixed but it may take 2 wks. At approximately 2wks I received a call the unit was done. Upon inspection all of my concerns had been corrected. Mr. Cramling and Mr. Bailey are men of their word and an excellent representation of Holman motors. If my rating were on them alone I would have given 5 stars. That being said, Chad Ochabot is not a man of his word. He made all kinds of promises of being there after the sale and making sure I was happy with my purchase. If I had to make a rating based solely on my salesman, craig Ochabot, I would have given zero stars. In closing I would say use Holman motors god your vehicle purchases. The management cares about follow through and doing what's right. If you happen to get Craig Ochabot as your sales representative immediately ask got someone else!

We are looking for a used truck to purchase for our son. Our budget is between $19-23k. As you can see Holman has a very large selection and we thought it would be a great place to start our search. We have been to there lot 3 times. On each visit we have been greeted by no sales person. We walked into their showroom and explained to one of the salesman what we were looking for. He looked a few things up on his computer, pointed to a corner of the lot and said he thought a few trucks were in that direction. He gave us his card and told us to text him if we found the trucks he suggested. If you have ever visited this dealership there are literally hundreds of truck in their lot....none of which have prices listed in on them. Their website, for some reason, doesn't want to function very well when you are on location. Sadly we will be buying elsewhere. They have a great selection, but customer service is nonexistent!!!!! I checked in my 2008 Fleetwood Bounder 38v Diesel Pusher in for repairs. I had a list of numerous repairs. Two repairs which are not going well. 1) My two air brake tank gauges were going from 0-150 psig over a 500 mile trip from Upstate NY to Cincinnati. I explained that the brakes were getting the proper air press but there is a short or ground on the gauges. 2) I was given an estimate by email and voicemail for $1300 to replace the freon hoses from the chasis a/c compressor to the air conditioning condenser. I replied that I approved of the $1300 replacement of the freon hoses. In the evening around 5pm I received a call that the air conditioning condenser connections were heated and damaged by overheating them with a torch. Also that he misquoted the freon hoses replacement and that now the cost for parts and labor would be $4500. 3) I go to Holmans Motors/RVs to find all my hoses and air conditioning condenser lying in a heap on the garage floor with the mounting bolts missing for the air conditioning condenser. 4) Holmans admits to overheating the aluminium threads on the air conditioning condenser in the write up of the job status paperwork. Instead of cutting off the old freon lines as they did on the other connections to the air conditioning compressor they overheated the two connections until the aluminium threads were melted releasing the hose connections but ruining the good air conditioning condenser. That's when Holmans gave me the new estimate of $4500. 5) No they want me to pay $4500 or walk away with my parts as a pile of debris from their inexperienced mechanics. 6) I working with BBB to resolve this. Do not darken their doors. They will do anything possible to cover up their bad work practices.

We called and checked for particular RV part today. We drove an hour to get to Holman only to find out once we got there they had zero in stock. Not only that, but it was going to take 3 to 5 days to get one in stock. Not the best customer service. Make sure that if you do go to Homan have them pull the inventory part, have it on the counter waiting for you when you get there to pick it up. If possible, you may want to have them take a picture of it and message it to you to be sure.

Purchased a Sierra 1500 Denali Truck May 2020. Salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. Negotiations were what you would expect. I had a hard time agreeing to an item they call "PULSE" it's a flashing brake light but he explained it was on all vehicles they sell do to it becoming a mandatory safety item in the future!(bullshit). "PULSE" already on it sorry. We negotiated final price approx 18% discount off MSRP. told them I had my own financing at 1.98% and would have a check tomorrow for them. They asked me to do financing with them for 1.98% rate match and I agreed (mistake on my part). Waited approx 1.5 hrs for finance guy. Now I realize if people ahead of me I wait no problem but the person ahead of me was out of the office for 40 min before I was brought in. How do I know. I was watching the guy. Finally I get asked in and knew he was a shister right off. He make stupid fast small talk and the starts talking payments which are well above agreed upon purchase price. I ask what is the sale price of vehicle you are using? It was $2000+ over the agreed upon price because he was courteous enough to add in an extended warranty I didn't ask for or want! He removes it and I ask to see estimate sheet and he has moved interest rate to 2.35% not 1.98% tries to compare it to a mortgage interest rate vs APR. In my case it is irrelevant because I'll pay the truck off but I should have just told him to give me bill of sale and returned next day with the check just on principle alone. The finance man was rude, inconsiderate and an embarrassment to the organization. Strong words right a little hard on the finance guy you think, I asked a question on breakdown he was unable or unwilling to answer the question and he commented, why do you care if the bottom number is what you agreed upon! Finished my review of paperwork figured out the answer to my own question and signed the documents. After signing, expecting for him to ask for the over 20k check I was putting down as agreed upon and he just says as he is putting paperwork in a folder we are done! I say ok and walk out laughing to myself! Sales man sees me and approaches and explains they are still detailing my new truck.i wait another 20 min and salesman brings me to my truck and explains a few features. I wanted to just leave and let the finance guy sweat it out on the check missing when the controller figures out he never asked for the down payment. But I looked at the salesman told him his finance guy was an a-hole (he was not surprised by my comment) and handed him my down payment check. He said oh... he never asked for this! Nope and the only reason I'm doing this is so nobody pulls you into his incompetence by saying you should of asked for it! Recommendation... bring your own financing to this dealership!I drive home my sons excited over new truck and I ask him to check out this "PULSE" feature! Non existent ! Ok I'll bring it up with them tomorrow. I go back and find salesman explain no "PULSE" on vehicle he confirms it and goes to his manager. He comes back and says he never agreed to put it on. I say you told me it was already on the truck! That's why fee was there. He goes back to the manager and comes back saying that's how we got to final number by not adding it!!!! Not what we agreed upon! I expressed my displeasure with the resolution and left. Dealership Stand by your word if you don't you are nothing. ( I would have asked for it on the owed slip during signing if I knew it wasn't already installed like I was told)This is second reason for this review! If you decide to buy a vehicle here and you hear this "PULSE" charge or anything like it adamantly oppose this charge for me..... it's garbage.I wish it was a better review for the dealership but it's not. The salesman Daniel was a good guy just doing what he's told no hard feeling against him. I hope Holman Motors owner sees this and corrects the dealerships problems for future customers. I hope your ex

We stopped at this dealership 2 different times with horrible customer service. No one comes out and you have to go inside to get your questions answered. The sales people are put out with your questions and are unfriendly at best. We'll purchase someplace else. So unfortunate to not be able to purchase locally.

This is my third camper from Holmans, I’ve never had trouble with service before until with this camper. We bought the last one in May 2019 we had issues with the A/C not keeping up with the daytime heating, (you can watch the temperature rise with the A/C set on auto high cool, it gets so hot inside the camper you can’t stand to stay inside. It’s been to Holmans twice and not fixed, Holmans says that the A/C is working as designed, I don’t think a camper is designed to have the a/c on auto high cool and still have the temperature inside 90-95.

Clean beautiful dealership. Staff is friendly but if you come in the cold be prepared to have to approach someone inside instead of them coming outside to you. Looked at a used truck, liked the truck so I went inside and talked to salesman. Ed Sutto was kind and gave me some more information on the truck. The dealer is quite hard to negotiate with but the truck was reasonably priced. Was told the truck needed to go through their inspection still and needed to be serviced which I was all for. Purchased the truck and which Ed was kind enough to come in on his day off make sure I got the truck that day. Was driving the truck home and then it went into a serious case of “death wobble” which if you don’t know what that is, just google the term. Got out, looked underneath the truck everything seemed to be where it should be and in place, no tires flat or anything but I called the salesman and I was really upset because they sold me a truck that had a safety issue that should have been found in their inspection process. During the test drive it was rush hour so I really couldn’t get on the interstate without being at a stand still but death wobble usually isn’t noticeable until above 50mph in most cases. But I called and Ed and asked him why they sold me a truck with said safety issue. I was called the following morning by the sales manager asking what exactly had happened and I explained what had happened with the truck. I had pulled the truck into my shop that morning and went over the front and found the steering stabilizer was bad and the passenger tie rod was bad and more than likely is what was causing the death wobble. The sales manager pretty much told me to either give the truck back and get a refund which I guess was nice enough for them to offer that at least or go $!@& myself as I took it because since I’m a mechanic I should be able to handle it. Which is more than true but those problems should have been found by service. They “serviced” the truck apparently which just means change the oil and oil filter to them for a 1 ton truck. No grease points were touched and fuel filters not replaced. So just beware for other buyers that you shouldn’t trust their definition of a “service “ which sales could have said and paid for just to have the oil and filter changed. As always with a used vehicle just check it out really well before you buy and have your trusted mechanic look at it. I should have noticed the bad tie rod when I first looked at the truck and I will take that blame but service should have found it too. Pretty happy with the truck other than that, replaced tie rod and steering stabilizer today and truck goes in for an alignment on Monday. Ed is a good salesman to work with and is really kind and helpful. Just didn’t have the greatest experience with the dealer overall.

I drove over 8 hours to check out a camper. Was in contact with a sales person for a week leading up to it. The salesman told me that he would hold the unit and let me know if there is interest in it or if someone else has interest before I drive to see. I drove from South Carolina to Ohio and they sold the unit a couple days before even though the sales person said it was still available. This is bad business. This business will lie to you and manipulate the situation. Also the unit had multiple problems they refused to disclose. Sales person I had that lied was Eddie. He showed me were the unit is and left. I only found out it was already sold when I had to drive back to office and find sales manager. He tried to help me find a unit but acted like he was doing me a favor to offer the unit at the same price as online.

Although my RV was damaged from a storm related accident and deemed a total loss, I am so appreciative for Jim Mills and service team who helped me through the insurance process. They were very patient and helpful. My hat's off to Holman RV center for their kind assistance.

Eddie is awesome! Harley and JR were patient and accommodating. Harley took time without rushing to show us all there is to know about our new trailer. He took time to answer all our newbie questions with a smile on his face.
