“I joined the healthplex about a month ago. I’ve always been very intimidated and frankly scared of gyms. I once tried to join a chain gym and ended up going twice. So far, I am going to the healthplex every other day for about 45 minutes to an hour. This gym makes me feel safe, really is for everyone at any level, and they make me feel supported. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking for a truly non-judgmental gym where they’ll be supported in their health goals.”
“Staff is friendly and helpful, the lap pool is really nice, and the sauna is great. I tried the steam room in the women’s locker room but whatever produces the steam smelled so musty and awful. It was difficult to breathe because of the terrible smell so I had to cut out of there. I really hope they maintenance the steamer because it seems to be past due. The steam room dropped the rating for me. I do enjoy the Clermont branch overall, though. It’s a great, local gym with a variety of offerings.”
