I’ve used Eastside Storage for about 13 years and have been quite happy with our relationship. Their prices are reasonable albeit a little high for the larger units.The facility is well kept and the units I’ve rented have never had a problem with water intrusion or vermin.

It's a storage place. Have been renting a unit from them since 2016. They are on the pricey side, $80 for a 10x10. The place is secure, at least for vehicle entry. There is a swing style walk- thru gate that is not secured though.

They have been wonderful to me. If your income is tight and your gonna be late they work with you. Extremely satisfied with the customer service experience as well!

Staff is beyond helpful. They were able to secure storage space for me last minute and two separate occasions. It is clean. The prices are fair. They work with you on payment. Just a great experience overall.

Do not store here! I had stored here and my equipment got stolen despite the security cameras - and keypad login, Eastside storage was unable to track who did this. What is worse is the perp had to be able to get into the facility! You would think they would be able to find out who did this. They could not track who it was. I had filed a police report and sadly nothing was recovered. I lost equipment worth $2000 because I had to travel and could not keep with me. This company which touts security as a feature but is anything but. Eastside storage did not have the capability to keep my locker safe and yours for that matter. I was a real renter there and have a police report to prove it. Worst experience ever. I moved out shortly thereafter.
