normally this place is awesome. Staff is nice, on the ball and the store is well stocked.
One bad experience I had happened at 1045pm. I pulled up, turned the car off, got out of my car and the crewman flips
the lights off as I walked up. that’s unacceptable customer service.

The cashiers love to chat with every customer which is ok but it makes the lines very very slow. Ohio is notorious for this I know no one In NY wants to wait in a line longer than they have to. Guess its different here But 5 min convos are a little much.
