If I could give zero stars, I would. Called today with questions as a new customer and the girl I spoke to was completely rude in how she spoke to me. She seemed completely bothered by the fact that I had questions. Even after i asked if i was misunderstanding her, she was still rude. I work with the public and i would never speak to my customers or potential customers this way. Your employee cost you a customer today. I will be happy to give my money to Lykins, where I was treated kindly and spoke to with respect. I know I may only be one customer but it doesn't look like I am the only one that has been treated poorly and decided to take the time to write a review. I should have never called after reading the reviews.

Stay far, far away from this company. If you lease their tank, you will pay WAY above what their competitors charge. They will fill your tank when you don't need it, I'm talking even if 70% full.
Horrible attitudes and full of lies. Thank God natural gas is coming to our street so we can ditch this God awful company.
Do yourself a favor, buy your own tank and find a different supplier. Most of our neighbors were wise enough and don't deal with Auxier, fortunately soon we won't be either.

Right now our review is low. Our hot water heater is out, it's Sat. No response at the 24 hr. emergency number which is the same as the regular number. We have 1 year left on the warranty. Not happy.
Happier now after the response from the owner as to why we were unable to contact the company at the emergency number.

Auxier gas has never let us down ... NEVER! In the 18 years we've lived in our house Auxier has always made certain that we have enough gas to make it through the coldest weather without the need to go outside and check levels. Customer service is top notch and the delivery guys are the best. I cannot imagine using another gas service provider in the area after the customer service we've received from Auxier. Thanks!
