After years of unreliable internet service 3 miles from Fostoria, we have finally found a good internet service at a reasonable price that is consistently reliable. In addition the office people and the text that came and installed the system did a great job. Set everything up for us. The dish mounted on the house is very in obtrusive and they took the time to hide the cables under the siding all the way into the house. Don't even notice it's there. It has been a couple months since it was installed and have nothing but good things to say.

If I could give this company zero stars I would and it would be completely appropriate for the internet service and the customer service. I have had bright net at 2 different addresses and my service went from bad to worse. The service is beyond unreliable. We spend hours and sometimes days with no service. When you call to let them know the service is out AGAIN they always give the same response "there's a problem with the tower we're working on it right now" we pay 80 dollars a month for service we can only use maybe half of the month. They have no concern for the customer wasting money. They have credited our bill once for for lost service and that was after we were without service for almost two weeks. Avoid the frustration and give your money to a service provider that actually provides service.
