My mail is never delivered on time and the carriers constantly lie on reporting. Had a package status set to undeliverable due to blockage, only thing is they dropped off the rest of the mail no problem. The problem was the carrier didn't want to get out of the car to deliver a package.
Tried reporting this but nothing ever gets done about these practices and they should be illegal. If you have the package and you decide not to deliver based on your laziness then you should be fired. As a customer I PAID you to deliver that item. If it is in your possession and you bring it to my house and then keep it with you then you are stealing my item..

I have never had an issue with this branch. I have dropped off shipments for 3-4 years about once a week and always treated well.

Actually, 0 stars for the post office and sad to say the carriers aren't any better. 6:15 pm and still no mail. This happens all the time.

It has really changed since I rated it 5 stars 7 years ago.The people that work in the office here are very rude.The mailman that deliver the mail to my house from there is really nice and usually comes at the same time each day.my dad has a lady that delivers his mail from here also and she's very nice also.Them 2 are the only reason I gave this post office 3 star instead of 1

I tried to call my local post office, after around 10 minutes of the virtual thing trying to understand what I was asking for-- I was FINALLY sent to customer service and someone will call me back in 15-20 minutes!!! Can't get to a human too begin with is sad.

John is extremely rude and unprofessional. Just because he doesn’t understand what an individual is trying to tell him about what they need help with, he’s condescending and disrespectful. How could you have someone behind the counter who treats people like that? Wow.
