The guys in the Barberton/norton I believe were amazing! Absolutely so sweet and explained everything they were doing and even gave us water. However, I can’t say too much about the guy who works at the Medina one in the afternoon near closing. After waiting in line nearly an hour since he was slow and played around on the phone with his friends, he didn’t do anything on my car because he was too drunk and lazy. He said my car didn’t need anything, and how would he know when he didn’t even pop the hood. All he did was put air in the tires in which he forgot to put the caps back on. So BEWARE of Medina take 5

My check engine light came on yesterday, and I went to Take 5 Oil Change!! They told me I needed a new air filter. After they changed my oil,they plugged a diagnostic thing in my car and when they checked what codes came up,one of the codes that came up was a dirty air filter!! They cleared the code, my check engine light hasn't come on since? Thanks for caring about your customers ♥️

Took my truck for an oil change immediately after leaving my truck started bogging down come to find out under the hood. They didn’t put the air filter back in right and left a cord dangling should have never touched it I was there for oil not air.

The slowest location ever. Manager is slow no sense of urgency what so ever, so I don’t expect the employees to have any either not they fault

It's Ray..NOT Gray. Anyhow the service was fantastic Cody was wonderful and that one of the techs gave me an ice cold bottle of water when I pulled in and everyone was great and I was very very happy as a customer thanks again.
