They lie to u at the pharmacy twice we called once asked about a refill on a med they said we could get filled on Sunday and then we went to ride aidev and to pick up another med we asked again about the refill we called about the guy looked into the computer he said Sunday it can be filled he said call sunday morning to see how fast we can have it filled so today Sunday we called no u can get it filled for two more days wow freaking liiers there horrible well be thinking about changing to a new pharmacy

The service at this particular Rite Aid is wonderful. Unfortunately their landscape looks terrible. Weeds as tall as I am. Looks as though they haven't mowed the little bit of lawn that there is. I can't believe that a chain as large as Rite Aid would allow this. Please clean the place up.

I am very impressed with the Rite Aid in Barberton. I have lived close to here for almost 6 years. I had bad experiences with Rite Aid in the past, so I was reluctant to go there. Since it's so close, it was the most convenient option for my pharmacy needs. I shop here 2-3 times per week. The customer service is awesome. The pharmacy has been great. I choose to go here instead of Walmart for basic items. The store is very well organized and the prices are reasonable. The management team has been nothing short of amazing and I could not recommend this location enough!

I like CVS because they're abundant on my travels, but, Rite Aid is better stocked and friendlier. Although, the vitamin prices should be better regulated.

They will fail to have the medications you need when you need them. And they will not communicate that to you. I refilled my prescription weeks in advance because I need them and cannot have a break in them. They did not inform me that they couldn’t get that medication until over a month away. If you are dependent on your medication go elsewhere.

I called in 2 refills 3 days before I went to get them and also a new prescription . When I went inside they said my copay was higher than before. They stated they they put them through as self pay and at my insurance had lapsed. They suggested I call my insurance company so I left my meds there and went out into the parking lot and called my insurance company and my coverage did not lapse and I was still under active and effective coverage. They were more interested in going to lunch rather than assisting me. I have limited mobility and they still put the gate down where it was difficult to keep my balance and to get under the gate. I never been treated so rudely and I'm compassionate in my life I will never go there again

The customer response in Pharmacy department is horrible. First of all they won’t prepare a prescription called in from the Doctor until you call them. But then they NEVER answer the phone when you do call them. I can call multiple times in the same day or stay on hold for 10-15 minutes but neither seems to work. This is not good business practice to say the least.

I’ve only had ONE decent experience with this store. Begins on Sept 12, went for a Covid test. On Sept 15, I logged into the PWN website and Rite Aid had marked my appointment as ‘missed.’ I returned the following day for ANOTHER test. The girl at the window was not the nicest person. She basically said once the tests leave the store, there’s nothing that can be done. There needs to be a tracking system of some sort for the store side of it. Well, lo and behold, the SAME THING HAPPENED! How are peoples’ appointments being marked as missed when I was clearly there both times! I finally went to Walgreens and had a test done. Had my results within 2 days. AND, the day I got my results from Walgreens, I had two test results from Rite Aid!! ??♀️??♀️ If I missed my appointment…. How did I have results for both tests?Fast forward to last week. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled at Rite Aid for roughly 8 years. First at the Canton South location and then Minerva. I’ve never had an issue. Ever. Last week I called at least 5 times. The phone just rang and rang. One guy finally answered and said ‘yea, they’re really busy. You’ll have to call back.’ I finally got through TODAY! Just to be told that they faxed my doctors office for a refill but haven’t heard back. She said if the doctors office doesn’t respond, it’s MY responsibility to call them. Never, have I EVER had to call and follow up. No one ever called to tell me that my Zoloft was ready. So for five days, I’ve been without both medications. Once these are filled, after I call my doctors office tomorrow, I will never walk into another Rite Aid. Period.Edit: just spoke to my doctors office… they have received NO FAX from Rite Aid. Imagine that. ?

very helpful, workers actually seemed to care about their customers. went the extra mile to fill and save me money. very attentive to my individual situation. what more can you ask for?
