Staff, in particular Andrea, were extremely helpful and responsive to our storage needs. The facility is well maintained, secure, and just minutes away from the Portage Lakes State Parks. I highly recommend this place!

Place is good and safe, but staff is hard to reach If ya have problems or questions. And if ya do the automatic payments they never take them out at the same time each month or sometimes skip a month and do 2 payments the next. Can be hard to keep track of that way. Other than that, 👌ðŸ‘
