This place use to be great. Haven't been here in a while... But, I left out of there with the same dirt I went in with smh. & That has never happened...there use to be a great smell while washing, thats gone too. Guess things changed

Just took our vehicle through the touch less auto wash and it doesn't look like it's even been washed waste of $10 we definitely won't be going back here!

Went here to rinse my vehicle off. It says $3 for 4 minutes time. I didn't have enough cash/quarters on me so used the credit card option. I stopped the wash at 6 min 8 seconds. But I see they charged my card $10. If I would have had cash I could have gotten 8 minutes for $6.At first I thought it may just be an initial charge since you run the card before you wash. But after a day it's still showing a $10 wash. Then I went online to call them but their listing in Google doesn't have a number nor a website. So unless I want to waste more of my time and gas to physically drive over there I'm pretty much SOL.Then after reading reviews for this place it seems that people being overcharged is a common occurrence. I'm not going to waste the time to find out why I paid $4 more than I should have, I'm just not ever going to come back to this location or any owned by Petits. Which is a shame because they're the closest self-service car wash to me. But out of principle I will drive further and give someone else my business.

Vacuum cleaner ran for . 1356 seconds and turnt off the first time I put quarters in but ran full time after and the rest of my visit was perfectly fine

I went yesterday and used my card for the self wash and I followed the instructions, but the machine never started and I was still charged 10 bucks. Never had that issue before. Gotta go down there and get the number
