Extremely disappointed with customer service. Last week I went in to get a key fob. I was told $70 but he would give it to me for $50. He had to order one. Didn't get back in time so they returned it. Went back yesterday and they ordered me another one. Went in today to buy it and have it programmed, which they said they would do. Went to pay for it. $59. Per the manager. I left without purchasing it and very disappointed with the customer service. I'm retired and on a fixed income. Never had any problems with them. Been going there for years!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, ran by a bunch of illiterates that can't read simple part numbers. A prime example of why I don't deal with O'Reilly auto

Had to show the employee that they actually could get a particular part by going inline myself, but to his credit he immediately ordered the part for me and seemed genuinely happy to have learned something new. Not always the case as many people seem to take offense when having someone show them something they didn't know about. This guy was the exception. Great job!
