Mike and his employees at MLC Builders were great to work with! I contacted Mike about an estimate, and the next day he was here! He listened to everything I was wanting and then went into detail about how to best accomplish them. When the work started on my covered front porch and new metal roof, of course I had questions, and Mike and his employees answered them fully without making me feel like I was stupid for asking or acting annoyed that I was bothering them. When the covered front porch and the metal roof were finished, they were exactly what I wanted and perfect! They completely changed the curb appeal of my first house, and it’s always nice not to have rain pouring through the ceiling! They’ve been completed for a few months now and there have been no issues and they still look amazing! I will definitely use MLC Builders again for any other major house projects in the future! Highly recommend!!

Mike was a great GC to work with for our kitchen remodel. He took my vision and made it happen. His contractors were all very respectful and did quality work.

I am extremely happy with my new windows. Our windows were very old with chipping paint. This upgrade makes the entire house look better. In addition to the appearance, the function is great. I highly recommend!

Outside looks like a new house siding and windows look amazing.Love the new kitchen great workmanship took a while for materials to come in but other than that I would recommend them
