$400 to diagnose that I needed a battery change and to change my battery. Utterly ridiculous. I have been a long time customer for routine work such as oil changes and tire rotations. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I bought a used truck here and it was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever had. I made an appointment the night before and they were expecting me when I arrived the next day. Desmond was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable, funny and no pressure. After a test drive, we decided to buy. There were some minor scratches that needed attention. The body shop got right on it and they were taken care of by the time we got through the paperwork and got my insurance activated. No surprises, no hassle, as pleasurable a car buying experience as I could have imagined. We've had the truck a month now and still feel good about the experience.

The team at Ganley Ford was great. I was taking my new car in for the first oil change and I found a coupon on their website for 'The Works' (oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc.) Scheduling an appointment was very easy and I think I only waited in the lounge for 45 minutes while I waited. Everyone was very nice and they even washed my car for me! I will be returning and recommending them to others!

John Grabowsky was our salesman, just by chance, and I can't say enough nice things about him. He doesn't BS you and is a nice, honest guy. He got us in and out of the dealership in as short amount of time as he could and didn't give us the run-around on our trade or the new vehicle. I highly recommend him and this dealership!

Service is getting slower over the last 10 years. It used to be faster. Old 2007 Fusion had transmission problems. Took it in back in August 2015 for diagnosis, a week later and still no one knew what the problem was but only that it would be expensive to fix, so it was traded in. Only 103,000 miles. Another example, oil changes used to be an hour or less, now, it is almost a 2 hour wait. Another scenario, took the car in to get a tire patched.....2 hour wait. Current scenario.....I bought a 2013 Fusion, used, 39,000 miles. Five months and 5,000 miles later, the transmission fails. The car sat in their shop for over a week before anyone could tell me what the problem was and the car is still down there sitting in the shop waiting on parts and to be repaired. The way it looks, a diagnosis and repairs, all will take over 2 weeks. That's even IF parts come in this week! Good thing is that it is covered under warranty but the whole thing is reason to be very concerned on down the road here.
