Had to get my order here because my regular pharmacy has been out of stock for months insurance only approved for a certain amount and much higher. Pharmacist ran a discount card made it much cheaper appreciate it .thank you ?????

Had placed an order the day before for a WIC item of formula through this pharmacy. They said they could get it in by tomorrow. I call the next day and it's at the pharmacy. Go to actually scan it out and pay and they didn't have it in the system. So a ride manager named Justin didn't want to try and help me. I was just a problem for him to shrug off. It's my 1st time ever doing this formula ordering. I felt like he just didn't care at all that they dangled the only form of food my daughter could eat in front of me and then deny me it. I now had to run to a hospital to get food for my child due to their poor ability to inform me. Thanks Justin and whole pharmacy team for not helping me in a critical time. The store could do a lot better on customer service when an issue comes up.

The store manager is the best!! Wasn't the happiest with my order from prepared foods but it wasn't a huge deal. But he made it right with gift cards as a sorry on his behalf. Thank you Mike!

I have had excellent experiences with Giant Eagle Pharmacy. I recently had an allergic reaction to something and the pharmacists worked diligently with me and my surgeons to make sure there were no drug interactions and that everything was working the way it was supposed to. I was having a rough time and they were all great and very patient with me. Giant Eagle Corp needs to invest in this department and get the staff more help and drive through assistance! The staff is great you just need more of them! ☺️

Worst pharmacy ever!. They send you a text that your stuff is ready only to show up and it not be ready. Then the next time you call in to double check that it's ready and they say "yes its ready" and go there and it's not ready and your waiting in line for 20 minutes. I need to change my pharmacy fast!.
