Overwhelmingly unprofessional. Spoke w the owner to try to get my daughter in. She tells me they have openings, but think my daughter would be a better fit in their new location. No problem. She said they were still working on getting a full staff and would reach out within two weeks. I heard nothing. I called back twice, left messages both times and have yet to get a call back! It’s been over two months. Mind you, I expressed that even if they’re unable to take her, please let me know, as I am a single mom and was on the verge of losing my job at that time. (I did lose my job, by the way.) This is NOT the first time this has been an issue here, either. I have tried over the course of an eight year span (I have an older son as well) to get ahold of somebody here. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve spoke to the owner (3 times) and every time it’s ended with a “I’ll be in touch within a couple weeks” and every other time it’s “leave a message”. I hate having to leave bad reviews, but it’s not difficult to keep a professional rapport and call people back that you say you will.

My children have been going to Discoveri Club since they were babies. The staff at the facility are truly exceptional and my children love all of the fun activities that the daycare center provides. After 8 years of my children being at the daycare we have not had one issue at drop off or pick up. The staff at Discoveri Club are very friendly and helpful. Also shout out to the owners for an extremely well put together center , they will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. I would highly recommend this 5 star rated daycare!

My wife and I are blessed to have found Discoveri Club as we were granted custody of our grandchildren last minute. As we both work we were in desperate need of a facility for our grandchildren. After researching many local daycares we decided to go with discoveri due to their ratings. We were nervous at first due to us never having children in daycare before. When we arrived to enroll our grandkids the staff was super friendly with our grandkids and the school was very organized and clean. Also my favorite feature upon arrival was the fence and we had to be buzzed in.The kids transitioned easily their first week at the daycare and this makes it’s easier for my husband and I. My granddaughter said her favorite things at the daycare were the toys, story time and of course snack time.I would highly recommend this daycare the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and the daycare is clean.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My child really loves her new daycare. The employees are really great and the daycare is super clean. I feel like my child is in a very safe environment. Highly recommend it!

Our son and daughter went here for a little over a year, we waited for months for openings because this was supposed to be the best star acredited daycare in the area. Our son was virtual non verbal when he started but gained several new words through early intervention courses in PreK.Let me preface with I don't believe my children are perfect angels incapable of misbehaving, but after the first week it was a daily basis we'd get incident report after incident report stating our son was hitting others and teachers, which is completely out of his character, he had been in PreK a full year prior and been in 3 other daycares with no instances of this. Not even once. Come to find out all theses " incidents " are taking place with a single teacher, one we complained about directly to the Director for her unprofessionalism; which she admitted other parents had complained about this teacher as well yet did nothing.After about 6 months, we were told our son could no longer stay at the facility past 3pm, ironically, when the teacher in question would take over the class. The reasoning given was they couldn't provide " one on one " care for our son after 3 o'clock, BUT he's not MRDD he doesn't require one on one care, which was a clear and bogus excuse; there were several days I had picked them up hours before 3pm and not once was my son receiving this "one on one" care they claimed they couldn't facilitate past 3pm.After dealing with the struggles of changing our entire work schedules around to accommodate the 3pm cut off, when the facility is one till 6pm, there was another " incident " and the Director very indirectly scurted around saying our son was no longer welcome at the facility by saying " I can help you find a better fit, or send you guys resources " she went as far to say she " can't afford to lose her star acredited status "Way to make my child feel like just another number in your financesIt's sucks because some of the Teachers are beyond Fantastic! Looking and you Sam and Gabby!We switched to a new facility it's been almost 3 months and not single incident from either of our kids in terms of hitting anyone.I believe we were 100% discriminated against due to our son's delayed speech and they took advantage of the fact that he could not verbally defend himself.I will be filing complaints with the DJOFS and BBB.
