“Wow this store has really changed in the past couple of months!!!! The parking lot finally got filled in. The inside of the store is so organized and clean. I was happy to see the isles cleaned up so I can finally push my cart through, but it's a bonus having everything perfectly stocked. Good job to whoever took charge. Also my family enjoys the guy that works second shift, he's very nice and greats us every time we walk in. I have had some employees do this in the past and we really appreciate it. Keep up the good work.”
“Big Lots is an interesting place to shop. Not a bad place to start if you need something specific, just to see if they have it, as the prices are usually a bargain. I can usually find a few organic staples after a little stroll through the food department and a household goods search usually leads to a few great items for my kitchen. The aisles aren't too difficult to maneuver for my husband's travel wheelchair, which is nice, because he loves perusing the aisles for things we might need as well. All in all, Big Lots is a great place to search for bargains.”

“When I can find what I want there, it's a great place, except the prices are really not that competitive. Their inventory feels a little random obviously because it's a closeout store but that kind of makes it really hard to shop for things that you want and again the prices can be a little bit not what I would consider closeout prices considering there is a Marc's store right next door to them that basically does close out stuff as well at lower prices, and there's a Dollar Tree in the same plaza with really low prices.”

“I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there are no prices on anything in the store! However, Gary was very helpful in helping me try to find some pants that would fit me (a problem I have with EVERY pair of pants because I'm very short.) He also helped me pick out a utility belt. He was very accommodating and nice. The customer service here is 5 stars. I just wish there were prices on inventory on the floor. I've added a picture of store hours, posted on the outside of the building, which I found to be accurate.”

“Nice clean store with the shelves being pretty full when you go later in the evening. Staff is very friendly but just watch out for the expectation dates especially on the frozen stuff. I admit I should’ve looked at the date but didn’t think about it but something being put on the self that expired a year ago is kinda crazy. I will say that Target was super helpful on getting me a solution!”

“I have been to this location a few times since the last review. It has been a better experience. The store has had a bit of remodeling done and looks nicer, although I have not had to return many items as I do not shop Kohl's stores frequently. It mostly has been a few online orders. I did have Kohl's cash that expired by a few days, and they did take it. I do not feel their "cash" should expire!! Upgraded them a few stars because of this.
Many years ago:
After spending a lot of money here for my daughter's birthday and for home items online, I received a lot of Kohl's cash. My daughter wanted to return a pair of shoes for another color and also a comforter that she wanted another color of. We were told we could exchange items for the same amount. No problem there except not a big selection of comforters! found a comforter she did like that was 10.00 more and we couldn't pay the 10.00 difference..then the shoes were only online shoes from Kohl's! So they were I think 69.49 and all the shoes there are 69.99..none ended in .49! So we couldn't even trade for any of the shoes! After spending a good half hour searching for another pair of shoes, we found this out after making another trip and standing in line at customer service. So, I had to return both items and had to forfeit most of my Kohl's cash, too. Ended up not saving at all and would have never bought the other items except to get the kohls cash deal. I'm feeling ripped off and thinking of canceling my Kohls card. It's really good if you shop in store maybe but don't shop online and want to exchange!”

“Citi Trends is one of those stores that has a constantly updating inventory with products that cater to very specific tastes (in this case, streetwear and athletic clothing/shoes and, oddly enough, luggage). Their website is generally a good indicator of what you can find, and it is updated semi-regularly, but different locations have different types and amounts of what they show you (for example, one location will have a lot of different brands and styles of shoes in various sizes, another will only have a few choices in this category); also, they will update their main inventory more frequently while keeping some stuff from the last update, so different locations update at different times and always have different stuff while others get in very little new items. With that, I like this store quite a lot and their prices are very excellent! One thing is that they tend to be spread out so that actually checking out different stores is a matter of traveling wide distances, and as I said before one location might have a bunch of really awesome hats that change out every couple of weeks, one might be best for shoes, and another might have totally different stuff from the others. I have never had a bad experience at Citi Trends and their customer service deserves its own "excellent" rating, especially at corporate level. Their clearance section is very good as well. One more point about the website- it is not comprehensive and doesn't give you a comprehensive look at what you will actually find at a given store. However, I have never gone in and NOT found more than one thing I really like, so I would highly recommend Citi Trends for their selection and prices.”
“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”

“I was there today for store soft opening, the grand opening is actually tomorrow 10/12/19. Typical Ross store for those who aren't familiar with this store its like a Marshall or TJ Maxx but slightly cheaper. So far good store with stocked shelves.”

“When you have nothing better to do and you need a little entertainment in your life head on down to the Fairlawn Walmart, you can even enjoy a Subway sandwich while you watch Looney Larry and his drunk girlfriend argue who's gonna pay for groceries, or if you're in the mood for action you might get lucky and see a Fairlawn police officer close-line a thief trying to make it out the front door with a subwoofer and some knock-off Jordans. Now that's entertainment folks.”
“I've been shopping at this Walmart for five years now and it is still my primary grocery and goods store. There is no customer service to speak of, but we've come to expect that in retail these days. The store is usually clean and well stocked. But there are days and weeks when they may not have any pasta or french fries or chicken. It's just odd. When I can't obtain the items I need from Walmart, I go to Aldi or the Medina Walmart.They have a lot of self checkout registers, but they also still have a few cashiers ringing. When grocery shopping, I prefer to wait for a cashier. But when I see people with two items in their hands with no shopping cart get in the cashier line, it kind of irks me. I assume they're doing it to show their support for keeping cashiers.This store is about as good as it gets for Walmart.”
“We always get our med's thru this pharmacy. The pharmacists are friendly, approachable, and always ready to address any concerns. Only one pharmacy aid really shouldn't be working there, but we can't say enough about the other pharmacy aids. All the other aids (besides the one) are knowledgeable and really care about you as a person. We've been patrons of multitude pharmacies and by far Walmart Pharmacy beats all! Kudos!”

“This is the brand new Big Lots store in the Magic City Plaza on Wooster Rd. in Barberton. This store is WAY better then the old one that was at the other end of the plaza, they have a much better selection of merchandise as well as much higher quality of merchandise, the prices are a little higher then the old location but was but you’ll see why as soon as you walk in. They definitely improved their clothing department, they have much more to choose from, while they still have the affordable lines as they always have but they also added some higher quantity lines as well. This store is now finally up to par with other department stores, they also improved their furniture selection as well as adding outdoors furniture. Definitely worthy of a visit, they will more then likely have what your looking for.”
