Worst Circle K location in town, staff is rude and won't work with customers. always 2-3 people working in this location and won't open up a cash register to help long lines move quicker, they only care about standing around and talking to the regulars. Do not recommend this location

Will not shop here or any other Circle K's ever again. They are part of the decay and problem so I will remedy this with my business at Marathon around the corner.

Wanted to buy gas with cash. Lady behind the counter stuffing her face told me to use self-checkout. Didn't want to wait in self checkout line behind children slapping each other playing around. Took my money elsewhere

I will Never go there or to any other Circle K ever again. I suggest if you do, to use cash only!!! I drive for a living. I stopped for gas on the night of April 5th, 2023. I had just enough money in my account to fill my tank. After working, I would have more with no worries. I paid for $40 in regular unleaded on pump 9. The cashier was too busy, (opening change?), to ring me up, yet when i wasnt sure how to do it at self checkout, she came over and entered everything for me and i paid with my bank card. I went out to the pump and started gassing up. The pump stopped at $3.69 and flashed a message to see the cashier. So i went inside. The cashier had to be told the pump number (9) seven times before she called her superior over. The superior told me to scan my receipt, which I had to go back out and in to get. Once I did, it showed i had only my cigarettes and $3.69 on pump 9. The 'superior' had the line of thought to restart the pump, yet had to call Her superior to verify. After a lengthy period, she comes back and tells me the money should be on my card. So I go back out to get my phone to check my bank balance. The money was taken yet not returned. Then I'm told it sometimes takes up to 24-48 hours for the money to be returned. Causing a direct loss of a night's work. Now. 7 days later, the funds have Still not been returned to my account. I have attempted calling with no response. I still have both receipts, one showing they took the funds and one saying they did not.. (in the form of a refund?). Yet I have not been recompensed, and no form of communication has been possible with anyone \"higher up.\" I've even hone as far as to text their corporate office as well as leaving messages. Still no response. I will Never go there or to any other Circle K ever again. I suggest if you do, to use cash only!!!

my husband and another guy stood at self checkout for ten mins trying to get it to work between 1010-1020 this morning why the two cashier's stood their eating breakfast and laughing. we will never go there again. my husband set his yea on the counter and left

If only SOMEONE at Circle K would contact me. On april 5th, over 36 dollars was taken from my account, although I have 2 receipts showing that they owe me the money. I was told 24-48 hours and the money would be returned to my account. It was NOT returned. I've contacted the store and corporate. NO ONE will call me back. Today is April 21st and I STILL have NOT gotten my money back. Shame on you circle k!!!

Went to a pump and it wasn’t working. My mom went into tell them, and they said it wasn’t there problem. Than wanted her to pay another 13$.Steph, this is to you. Hope you read this.Enjoy the review :)!

All of the staff is very polite for the most part. I work 2nd shift and frequently stop by this gas station around 11:30-11:45 PM, most nights when one particular worker is on staff she keeps the doors open until midnight so myself and many other 2nd shift workers in the area can come purchase items after work. Another worker, however, locks the doors at 11:30 or sometimes a bit earlier. The other night I came shortly before 11:30 and the doors were locked, I saw said worker standing in a backroom visible from the entrance so I decided to use the window. I rang the bell 2 different times and stood around for a minute or 2 and this worker seemed to have just vanished and never came to help (this has happened to me more than once at this location). I'm not the only one with this same complaint, multiple people from my work and other patrons I've briefly met at this gas station have the same complaint, and it's only when this particular worker is covering the store alone. If the owner reads this, let it be known that you are losing out on a lot of business by simply not keeping the doors open for an extra half hour, or at the very least instruct your worker to come to the window when the bell is rang.

I and many others work 2nd shift hours, we don’t get off until 11:30pm. This is the closest, open gas station to work. The hours say inside open until midnight but they routinely lock the doors at 11:40 to 11:45pm. Yes the window is an option but when I’m purchasing more than 2 things, I will not ask the cashier to make 10 trips around the store to look for said items.It’s very inconvenient. Workers here have always been nice.
