Have called several times, was rear ended by one of their insured on the 30th of November, and as I’ve made attempts to reach an adjuster I’ve been told my contact information wasn’t recorded etc. being the holidays and having just gotten surgery I’ve had enough trouble providing for my son and keeping bills afloat. Needing my vehicle repaired and missing work has played a detrimental role in our financial and living situation. This could lead to a worse situation for the insured and those involved in accidents being insured by this company causing a higher payout or civil suit to reach drivers personally

My husband and I have our homeowners, car, and motorcycle insurance with Erie. We luckily survived a collision with a deer a couple years ago. Mr. Aaron Blake was caring and professional and we were very happy with the personal attention he gave us. Good insurance! Good coverage! Great people!!!
