“Napa is far better than the economy parts store chains. I called for a part and they didn't have it in this store but it was in stock at a neighboring city store. 2 hours later they had the part I needed. Had it brought from the other store in no time. People don't realize how valuable the local Napa auto parts stores are, or what a huge network of stores and warehouses they have. It will be a very sad day if we ever lose the Napa auto parts stores for everyone. Their parts are better quality than the economy stores offer. Why try to save a few pennies and end up with an inferior quality part? P.S. the economy store price is not always lower than the quality parts from Napa! The value is never as great when you get inferior quality, no matter the price.”

Anything goes wrong, they will promptly remedy the problem and get you on your way. Highly recommend. Check here for big savings on deep cycle and marine batteries, as well as the specialty foreign vehicle manufacturers... my buddy saved almost $200 on his BMW 740 battery - 2 years later the refurb is still going strong”
“I was able to find severy different types of batteries at the store including batteries for my UPS backup units. The associate was very helpful and went out of his way to help remove a swollen battery which was stuck in one of the units. Great polace for batteres and more.”

“I came in just wanting to see what sized wrench could unbolt my license plates. Dakota not only showed me which size, he came out with tools to take them out for me! They were so rust on, I wouldn't have been able to take them out. He was so nice and recommended ways too keep them from getting that bad again.
