“Our company primarily visits the Logan store however, we were on an emergency job near Millersport. I called in and spoke with DJ and needed a particular part to restore a fuel pricer at one of the truck stops. These jobs are a super high priority and work has to be completed day of dispatch. DJ and the staff had the part ready (not a super common part) and waiting for our crew to pickup. This isn't the first time they have helped us in a crucial repair and they always come through for us... always going the extra mile. Highly recommended!”

“I went in to get help in selecting a playset for my granddaughter. The online app was not very helpful. Kim, one of the managers tried to help us. She walked us through a selection process including determining how to have a contractor install it for us. She set up a time for a contractor to evaluate the site, make sure the unit fits the site and determine if any permits are needed. She suggested we do that before we actually purchase the unit. I highly appreciate and recommend Kim for any project with Lowes.”

“I called bc we has lost our sewer hose for our RV, big inconvenience for us of course. I called at least 15 places in the area to see if I could get one delivered.
