Ordered two different times item said available my son waited all day for his item so I called and it wasn’t in stock but never said that online so the rep has me cancel and reorder from different store for the same thing to happen and had me pay for express shipping just for that item to be canceled too. Will never order online again

A bag was left on the cashier's carousel. We tried calling the store four times when we got home and there was no answer. We tried calling first thing in the morning the next day three different times and no answer. So much for customer service!

Needed to sort out the internet on my phone.
I'm English in a "strange country". Ha ha the guy couldn't help me but a few days later I asked a lady at the phone counter if she could help. A few buttons pushes and I was connected.
I add that I normally used an American phone when on holiday there and the ladies always do all the setting up of the phone for me, a visitor from across the pond. Do nice.

I was asked to pick up 2 ait filter my vehicle to be installed by a family member. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but Heaven was working at the service desk and she cheerfully and professionally assisted me by finding exactly what I needed. Heaven is a top notch employee and desto be recognized.
