My iphone12 had a “SOS” error and could not make calls or connect with wifi. Staff was very helpful in assessing the issue and present a solution. Thankfully Verizon had a great phone replacement benefit for loyal customers. Staff was very helpful in getting the data transferred and any accessories needed

I went into the Avon Verizon store for an upgrade and once the deals were presented, we moved forward. Nicolas was a huge help and knew exactly what needed to be done.

Was in the store for FIVE hours for a service they offered us. Transferring and upgrading 3 lines from consumer to business. Even purchased an iPad Pro on top of it. That was FIVE weeks ago and our account is beyond messed up. Nobody will help us. Customer service says the store needs to help us and they won’t. We’re being threatened that our service will be shut off Friday We are also being charged for phones that we sent back. I would never refer anybody to this store. Be sure to check that you’re not going to a Victra store before going. We didn’t know it was an authorized seller and not the actual company.
