My Ford Explorer needed body repairs where two side doors were crumpled in from a parking lot sideswipe. He looked at it and offered a few options, to repair and/or replace the door if needed. After pricing both, recommended the lower cost option and it turned out like new. The quality was great, paint matched and I could not be happier with the work and the cost. Thanks Larry

So thrilled with my car detailing. I have 2 german shepherds who shed beyond belief and had really done a number on my mazda cx-5. I got my car back the same day and there was not even one trace of sheppy hair. Excellent service!

I have taken my car with scratches, major work, and because of keying. Larry is the easiest person to work with, always pleasant, and does exactly what he should, when he promises. I'd never take my car anywhere else. He's also the fairest in pricing. Never found anyone who gives a lower quote.

This place was awesome. I had an 11 year old SUV that has had 2 kids sitting it in for at least 7 years. Believe me, there were stains and nastiness I couldn't even find. By the time it came back less than 1 day later it was spotless. They did a fan-tastic job. I will definitely be going back there the next time I let my kids in my car.

My experience with TnT autospa in North Ridgeville was not a good one...unfortunately I will not be recommending them for auto detailing to anyone!! $125 for a full detail I expected that all spots in the car to be AT LEAST attempted and the interior to be completely cleaned! While I will admit the car is much better than I brought it in I was very disappointed that many spots weren't even attempted. The owner said they couldn't see them in their garage light he offered to pick my car up again or even have me bring it in but at this point I see no point..in my opinion the car should have been examined throughly before returning to me for $125. When I tried to explain that to the owner he just said there was nothing he could do if I wasn't willing to work with them. I suggested maybe a slightly discounted price but he had nothing to say about that. I had planned to pay with cash and asked the owner if they had change for $100 he said yes but when the driver showed up to drop the car off he had $60 only therefor it would have been $140 instead of $125...I decided to pay using my debit card as I refused to tip $15 when my car wasn't cleaned totally. Again I will say my car is much better than when i brought it in but still disappointed in the quality of service for the price....The owner didn't want me to share on social media as they are a small business but i'm sorry small business or not I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this experience. I think if he had offered a slight discount of even $5-$10 I would have at least felt better that he acknowledged fault but no that was not an option. My option was to allow them to pick up the car again which I didn't feel comfortable and I just don't have time in the evenings to come in with my kids. I will not refer them in the future, very disappointed!!
