I applied for an apartment here almost three years ago, 2021. I was put on a wait list and I am still waiting ?. Called in to check on my application and it's no where to be found.Oh well, time to make a formal compliment.It appears they hand select who they do and don't want to live there. Equality and fairness are NOT a part of their regular routine. Perhaps I should contact 19 action news.

I recently moved after 16 wonderful years being here! That tells a lot in itself, the management & office staff along with the maintenance workers are great & friendly! When Putting in work orders they quickly get the job done! I'm going to miss being there & I had good neighbors!! So people that are reading this is probably wondering well if it's so nice why leave right!? Well I had a beautiful life changing circumstance & was able to relocate!

I stayed there almost 10 years. I moved at the end of September 2019. Cleaned the place before I moved. Carpet wasn’t new when I moved in. It was on move in sheet! How is that the current place I live at now told me that it was an eviction on me that was put on July last year from the rude unprofessional office staff of timberlake. I called there corporate office and Allison never returns calls. In the beginning it was fine then it went down hill! 8 different property managers within that time. The city of Avon hates that property they want it tore down I don’t blame them!!

Worst decision ever in the winter they never plow and when my garage burnt down it took them a year to rebuild it and never gave us compensation for the storage garage. I would give it a zero but that’s not possible.

Am in love with this place. Starting with Antineisha and Brandi, they are very professional and very tolerate, helpful and welcoming. The office is very clean. The maintenance team is amazing, those people are professional in helping with any problem or issue. The garage is spacious to fit the car easily and some storage. This place is worth the money you pay.

I had so many issues with people stealing and the kids are so rude. Their parents can careless about there whereabouts they all cuss and will cuss you out. I moved in and there were condoms clogging my drain it smelled of animal pee i had it cleaned at least 3 times out of own pocket. I cleaned the place from top to bottom when i left and got charged a god awful amount of money. They never met me for my walk through and took them 3 weeks to send it to me. Thank the lord i took pictures and police reports. The office staff are just horrible and rude. Do not move here on top of it all i paid full rent.

I like Sammie and nesha friendly and kind ppl but the manager is a different story . Always have a attitude and don’t greet no one what a good way to have a manger who lives on site and hardly seen ! Timberlake needs to take some type of action on the manager and ask people how she treats them

Only been here a few short months and me and my family love it!!! It’s so cozy and it Fits me and my family perfect!! So much storage space (every corner you turn) and very clean and well maintained!! My kids love it here, and it’s a very safe area! Excellent school district with bus transportation!! The office manager is great! If she sees it and doesn’t like it she will have her crew take care of it!! The crew stays on top of things!! Can’t wait till spring/summer time to see if my kids make any friends while playing outside!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for something nice for a fair Living cost!! Moving out of Cleveland and moving into the Timberlake Townhomes was the best decision I have made for me and my family!!

Love living here maintenance is always on time and very entertaining well organized and always clean great place to live with kids and good looking homes.What I love about these homes is central air and dishwasher you name it they got it and it has a lot of storage great place to be with family organized office great school all you can offer for a low price......
