Came to Bath & Body Works for some more refills for our plug-in scents. First impression there was a lot of products in a tiny space. About all of the scents that we smelled weren't very appealing. Just wasn't very impressed with this Bath & Body Works selection.

Employee accused me of stealing at one point at this store. Knowing we are in the middle of a pandemic, what other ways are we putting our stuff in other than the paper bags to take up front so they can ring it out? So I told the employee that I do not live far and do she really think I can get far with the bag of belongings. Act like people of color are intolerable to handle, certain ones can hardly speak to you when you come in. Why sign up to do a job where you're going to be exposed to people from all walks of life, if you're picky on who you greet your customers?

I love the wall flowers. My work office have a musty smell in it. I have been using the wall flowers to cover the smell and they do well. I wish the had a better selection of manly favors. It is hard to look like the boss with your office smelling like sugar cookies. I do like the smell of linen because it is so clean. The price was unbeatable three dollars each with 10 dollars off a 30 dollar purchase. So I loaded up. The place is awesome especially to men. They see us walking around with a daze and confused look and rush to our rescue. The only negative experience was during checkout. I presented them with my coupons and I was told I couldnt use multiple coupons. If I did they would have to come from the same card. Well my coupons did and I still were not able to use them. So i had to return my free gift. Really no biggie but if I follow the rules than I should be able to reap the benefits. Instead of arguing over a free bottle of soap I just let it go.

Best location ever! I love love love the manager Jess. She's super great and always helpful. She always helps me find what I'm looking for and has the best suggestions for gifts. I will drive the half hour out of the way to go to this location!

I have been shopping there a few times. The prices there are good since the sales tax is less then the one in North Olmsted and Strongsville.
