Their delivery man slammed the box spring into my porch ceiling and dented the aluminum. The delivery manager said he would take care of it but I never heard from him again and he won't respond to my calls or texts.Please don't give your business to a company that treats their customers like this.

We have purchased three (3) beds from OMF over the years. This included one being shipped from OH to CA (that's how much we like this company and their products). Our expectations have been met, and then exceeded, with tremendous customer service. Thanks Rick!

Sales person didn’t tell me there were 2 versions of the same mattress. So what was delivered to me wasn’t what I wanted. What a huge waste of money. Don’t waste your time. My grandma also bought a mattress here and hates it. Return policy is bogus too.

Worst customer service experience ever! I would not recommend buying from this location. My family and I visited the Avon Ohio location on Friday May 28th around 4pm. As we walked in the store there were no signs stating any laws, rules or regulations when looking at mattresses. The older gentleman working saw my mom sitting on a bed and told her in an unpleasant voice not to sit on it. Okay sure no problem it made her feel uncomfortable but she got up. We are in the market for a new mattress for our new home. We have never purchased a mattress before-we've always just had hand me downs from family. We decided to stop in just to get an idea of prices. Marty was extremely helpful in explaining all of the different kinds of mattresses and box springs they have in the store. He allowed us to take time to test out the mattress. They had a disposable sheet we could use so we could lay down on them. He wasn't pushy and encouraged us to shop around. We told Marty we will most likely be back next week to purchase a mattress. He was kind enough to print up a quote for us so we could get an idea of the total with the matress/ box spring set and delivery.

Love your mattresses. I probably wouldn't buy them anywhere else. Your showroom in Avon is very much better than the one in Elyria. The older man selling mattresses out of both stores is not so great. He thinks he's God's gift and not so helpful. Kind of crabby, truthfully. That's why I knocked you down a star. If it were not for the exceptional quality of your mattresses I would have gone elsewhere but I had to do what is best for myself.

Great service and sales. David greeted us at the door with a sheet for us to lay on for trying out mattresses. We tried them all out and settled on one. Delivery was quick and professional. After several weeks of use I am happy with my purchase. I should have listened to Aunt Sophie the first time.

Who knew I would need to buy a bed during a pandemic. But it was an interesting experience going into mattress store during this time. Have to be careful to touch anything with your bare hands or lay down without the cloths they give you. Overall, it was a good experience, I got all the help I needed, and the bed I got has been great. Thankful that I chose a good northeast Ohio business.

Everything from sales to delivery was top notch. During the delivery it was found that a support beam was missing. Original mattress factory sent another crew out with the needed part and were able to put the new bed together in about 5 minutes. Sales and delivery staff were all very friendly.
