Their delivery man slammed the box spring into my porch ceiling and dented the aluminum. The delivery manager said he would take care of it but I never heard from him again and he won't respond to my calls or texts.Please don't give your business to a company that treats their customers like this.

We have purchased three (3) beds from OMF over the years. This included one being shipped from OH to CA (that's how much we like this company and their products). Our expectations have been met, and then exceeded, with tremendous customer service. Thanks Rick!
