Excellent experience. Sales person was very friendly, very helpful and low pressure. Found what we were looking for and ended up spending more than we planned but quality of merchandise was excellent. Showroom was clean and well laid out. Can't wait to get our new patio furniture.

We bought a hot tub last summer and had a pretty good experience. However, I wasn't happy to hear that I just recommended your store and out of 4 associates walking around rhe store, not one of them offered to give info or assistance to my family member. You just lost out on a sale. She went to sandusky and bought elsewhere.

I bought a hot tub for nearly 7k. I live in NYC but I bought the tub for my Westlake residency from the great escape Avon location end of summer 2022. The hot tub had issues a few short months later after being used 2 times. That was only one of many issues. They only have one technician (Dan) and he has ownership of the company. I reached out to him through email/phone calls/messages. Phone calls went straight to voicemail. Emails/phone messages were ignored. They just got back to me 9 months later after I decided to try again to get my hot tub fixed. keep in mind; I can only count on one hand the amount of times this product had been used which is why i tried my efforts again. not only did they stall till the 1 year warranty ran out but they also hung up the phone when i voiced my opinion about their lack of costumer care. this is my first time ever leaving a company review. I don't want to bash a company or care enough to bring someone down. But please take these reviews seriously, chances you end up with a useless 600 gallon bucket of water on your yard are pretty high

Great store. Great products, but way overpriced. Employee says, we don't bargain...
OK, went down the street to Levin furniture and bought my theater chairs instead.
It's a new day my friend and companies that don't bargain won't be around long. Money doesn't go as far anymore and greedy businesses are going to find that out when people stop paying exorbitant prices.
I stopped that day.
Update 12/6/23 The managers response below that you read is also not truthful in that their products that they carry are manufactured by manufacturers that produce the same product for other businesses, but they all have their own private name labels on the products, so you cannot ever find their product, with the exact same name, so they tell you it's not the same product, even though it is and refuse to match the price. I've been there and done that with these guys too. The last time I did business with them.

Zero stars should be an option for this place. I’ve been wanting a hot tub for soooooo long, finally purchased a Sundance in June. Supposedly the top of the line model, retailed at 19,000$ and not one not two but now three of them have been leaking out of every corner of the tub. Not only have I paid for this hot tub, paid multiple extremely high water bills filling up all of these tubs over and and over and over again, I paid 1400$ for an electrician to put the electrical work in, a 1000$ for a new concrete pad for this thing….. it’s insane. ALL FOR AN UNUSABLE HOT TUB. This place is absolutely a scam!!!!! Don’t waste your time!

My go-to local place for pool supplies. I have a above ground pool that I purchased from them to my pleasure. Whenever I need chemicals or pieces parts to maintain my pool they almost always have it. There may be cheaper places but I don't think there are any better places.

Impressed even more each time I visit.Two years ago I purchased a bar type table tops and four chairs, all wood. Good price and very helpful staff. Last summer went back and purchased another same company wood table but this time bigger with four benches and umbrella etc. Great pricing for such quality patio furniture. Today I stopped in and met Ryan who helped me with a few smaller items and a chase patio recliner. More great pricing and quality. But what really Impressed me was that I had lost a brass piece to my previous table purchase and Jamie the manager said they would replace it gratis free for being a valued patron. WOW! Above and beyond! If you are looking for quality and a great friendly staff for your patio, game room hot tub etc look no further.Bravo to the Great Escape company and Avon Lake staff.

I wanna say thank you to Jacob for taking the time to walk me through everything I needed to do to get my pool water back in swimming condition.My pool was an absolute mess from the cover being off all winter, and I was a phone call away from draining it, until Jacob called me back and walked me through what to do….Needless to say, with very little cost to me other than some shock, my pool is clear of algae, and ready to be vacuumed. I can’t imagine the work and money jacob saved me, and for that I am incredibly grateful. This, their incredible customer service is exactly why I don’t go anywhere else but the Great Escape!!
