I was looking at the hair bows (right next to ulta) and i decided to cut over and look at the stuff in ulta. Then i proceeded to get SCOLDED by a girl with blonde hair wearing a black apron. She said in a tone “Go around the other way next time.” And then walked away. I was honestly flabbergasted. Get this girl freaking fired!!!

The employees here are morons. Tried to find an item that the website said had 8 in stock. I couldn't find it so I asked an employee. When I said "excuse me" the half stoned looking guy looked at me like I was bothering him. I asked him if he could help and he just pointed to the same aisle I was in and walked away. Still couldn't find it so I asked another girl. She said it should be here and then said that the website isn't correct when it comes to in stock items. She then radioed for someone to come help, and no one ever showed up after 10 min. I just left. Go to North Olmsted instead of you have to go to target.

Friendly & welcoming employees (which is rare these days). Clean store, nice selection, cute home goods & clothing as well as having staple items for health, beauty, & pantry items. I enjoy shopping at this store- I grab a Starbucks drink & take my time looking around at everything. It's also easy to quickly grab something if you don't have time to look around (but they display everything so nicely it can be difficult LOL). My favorite cashier is a retired teacher- I cannot remember her name - my girls in I go to her line even if it's the longest. She is so sweet AND she categorizes your items together. She always makes my day!

Cashier would not allow us to use a picture of our barcode and insisted it must be live in the app. My phone does not get service inside Target at Avon. Terrible service. I saved the picture just in case the app wouldn’t load, as often happens. Can use the screenshot at self checkout!!!
I came home and called guest service to let someone know about our issue. No one answered the phone so now you get one star on Google.

If you need electronics go to Best buy. This is the second time no one has been there and no one showed after I asked for assistance

I love target but am over the Target experience. Every time I go, they are stocking. Shouldn’t that be a late night or early morning project? Also, just went into the Ulta beauty area. Absolute worst! That girl should so be fired! Absolutely no customer interaction, I feel like she went out of her way to ignore me. Please make me love Target again!

Target always makes me think of Starbucks: You're gonna pay a bit more for what you want, but you'll get a consistent experience with nice staff and a clean bathroom. What more can you want?
