I’ve had enough of Speedway’s awful 3rd shift employees, and tonight was the worst experience yet. Walked into the store and noticed it was empty — not just of customers, but staff too. The bathroom door was locked, and the store was wide open, practically inviting theft. When the employee finally came out, he wasn’t even apologetic. He was hiding by the front door, smoking, clearly avoiding his job.
And to make things worse, he had the audacity to curse me out when I confronted him. This is completely unacceptable behavior for someone who's supposed to be working in customer service, and it seems like this isn’t an isolated incident for Speedway’s night shift. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately.
If this is how they handle their late-night operations, I won’t be coming back, and I’ll make sure others are aware too. Do better, Speedway.

The lady at the taco shop was so rude to me and another woman behind me. We were being extremely nice to her and she talked to us like we were idiots. I was trying to order the taco plate with 2 chicken tacos and she kept saying that's the fajitas, but chicken is an option for tacos. She ended up giving me the fajitas instead anyway and rolled her eyes when I asked for all of the toppings. I took it happily and left because fajitas arent that much different, I just did not understand what the problem was. I can't believe she is getting away with talking with customers that way

Let me start by saying I’m a big Speedway fan in general and have been for almost 20 years now as a speedy rewards member. This Avon location is bad and getting worse. I drive a company car and fill up my tank 2-3 times a week and also live in Avon. I ALWAYS have to go in the store to get my receipt for gas. This NEVER happens at any other Speedway I go to. This is just pure laziness and speaks to the overall culture of this particular store. It’s a shame that corporate would allow this to happen. I’m starting to go to Getgo and Sheetz in Sheffield now. Very unfortunate.

Pretty bad speedway. Dirty fountain drink area. No pizza. But the Mexican food looked good but wouldn't trust it based on the cleanliness of other parts of the store. It doesn't have the same feel as other speedways. The one in Avon lake and sheffield are way better

They are a truck stop.. they never have breakfast stuff ready, literally everything was out of order... and they were only taking cash. This is the absolute worst speedway..

Untrained staff, if you're getting a truck fuel, don't waste your time....go to pilot next door.

I used to be a regular at this Speedway in Avon and it was always fully stocked and the coolers were stocked but in the last 2 months it has went down and stuff isn’t always stocked like it was before. They have a new manager and she is always seen outside smoking and there is line of people and doesn’t go behind counter and help speed things up.

Cashier "didn't know how" to make a cash sale for diesel fuel, costing me .40 more per gallon at the price gouging pilot station next door.Hope you don't pay her much, because she's costing your store money.

I live nearby & I’m a truck driver. The clerks here are hostile and rude the last 3 occasions. A male clerk who was not waiting on me had a mean staring contest with me. Cringeworthy the way they treat customers. I’m not sure who gave them a superiority complex now I spend money only at pilot instead they try to be sweet to all the drivers. Do better. Also your food is also always dried & old at the counter specifically this location. & this speedway is newer. Too bad pilot doesn’t still own it. It was much better prior to it being a 7-11

I went to get some snacks and my card was not working and it was weird because I had the money then the worker said hold on and said here put my card in and I regret doing that I feel so bad I need to pay him back He was nice and I hope the best for him.

Sandy is extremely rude. There is absolutely not reason to purposely embarrass customers. The card machine was down on 3-30 and she made me feel stupid. She literally yelled at the top of her lungs to the entire speedway that the machine is down. While I was in front of her. She needs more training on how to handle those situations and maybe a class on how to act her age.
