Not reliable, whoever did the haircut for my toddler was definitely learner and I will never going back to such facility ,where they keep learner for kids hair cutting.

I left unsatisfied my child had patches on his head it wasn’t cut correctly. I was giving this place a chance since we’re from out of town. Never again!!

I am quite shocked to find out this place only gives a five minute grace period For your appointment. I got there six minutes late and they wouldn’t cut my grandchild‘s hair. She said the stylist wouldn’t have time. OK?? So if I was one minute earlier, she would’ve had time??? It’s not much of a grace period especially when dealing with toddlers. And they don’t even have the cute chairs….meh!!!

Everyone is always super friendly and very understanding. My youngest has autism and hates haircuts, but they always do a great job at snip-its, and they work so well with the kids ❤️

Took my son for his first haircut. We did the first haircut package on top of the haircut. Christina did an amazing job, my son’s hair turned out perfect! She even styled it and spiked the top like I like! I will definitely return. The environment is very welcoming and kid friendly. My son was not a fan, but maybe after a few more haircuts he will get used to it! ? The first haircut package was adorable, they take a picture and add a few pieces of their hair in a little booklet as a keepsake. Highly recommend!

I love snip its. Always so friendly and cuts my son's hair so well. Everyone is so good to my son there. He's been going since he was about 1 so everyone knows us and treats us pretty well. Awesome staff.

My daughter cut her own hair and we needed it fixed. We saw the stylist miss Kristy and she did amazing. My daughter is autistic and can be a handful at times. Kristy did great with her and was so patient with my daughter. On top of the great atmosphere the cut turned out beautifully as well. I can’t say enough good things about our service at snip it’s!

Take my kids here all the time for their haircuts, awesome job. Got my daughter’s ear pierced here as well, nice price and they did great!

This place is great, especially if you have a child with special needs. My son really struggles getting a hair cut and the staff there is very understanding, kind, and patient.

My son got his first haircut here tonight and it was such a wonderful experience. I was so nervous because with him being non verbal and on the spectrum I did not want to overwhelm him but this place and the hairstylists we had were amazing. They were so gentle and calming with him and kept encouraging him every step they did. Thank you so much Briggita and I believe Christina for making this happen without a hitch

We just went in and had a great time. My son did the best yet sitting in his chair for Christina. She is AMAZING with autistic children. Then she sat with him while I had a Mommy cut with Brigitta. I drastically needed a haircut, because I had a ton of short hair grow in after postpartum hair loss. I wasn't expecting my haircut to be free with a Wigs for Kids donation, so I got a much needed conditioning treatment as well. I'm so thankful for this location's patience and love for kids.
