Horrible customer service. They replaced my window and it shattered on my daughter. Safelite breaks and doesn’t repair!! Even had the warranty but what good was that idk Then no one answers their phone so I drive 30 minutes back for them to tell me too bad Zero stars

The girl behind the counter knew my name, my car type and my insurance information without me saying anything. She took my keys and told me my car would be ready in about an hour she's extremely friendly and knowledgeable We went to breakfast and before we finished breakfast we got a call that the car was done it was one of the most efficient practices I have ever seen in a day and age where customer service has gone by The wayside this place impressed me. If you ever need this kind of service, I highly suggest going to Safelite

When repairing a chip and the service person cracked my windshield. A $160 repaired turned into a $1300 windshield replacement. Avoid chip repairs no matter what.

So far so good the people were great to work with and had it done in a day. I am just disappointed in Honda, it was our daughters first new car, 8 month old 2024 Civic and a stone cracked it. Obviously Honda glass is not as good as it used to be. She doesn’t even temper anything hitting the windshield.
My only issue with Safelite is they use cheaper glass OEE it’s not OEM, the woman in office said it’s the same but without the car company name. Not true.
Safelite glass is like an aftermarket part, It is made by another 3rd party so it should be safe however, it is not made by the same manufacturers who produce the OEM glass.
I guess time will tell.

Friendly staff, poor windshield glass quality. My car is equipped with a heads up display, rain sense wipers and auto high beams.The heads up display does not reflect appropriately off of the new replacement windshield. The glare causes a double vision effect with the heads up display, the image is offset and stretched where one side is smaller than the other.The only solution offered was to pay another $700 or more dollars for an OEM windshield. I have contacted customer service, hopefully they can help.

Alexander was my technician today. He had someone training with him, but I can’t remember his name. Both gentleman were so professional and kind, I am so impressed. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a windshield replaced. Great customer service, guys!!!

I had work done at Avon, Ohio Safelite repairing chip in glass, they a did nice job and the workers were excellent.On January 10th I had a question about wiper blades i bought from them. I called 6 times through out the day to get an answer (didn’t want to drive the 25 minutes for an answer) all i got was long drawn out computer prompts that would finally connect me to customer service desk which the computer prompts then informed me that they couldn’t answer and would then disconnect my call.

had my hyundai broken into, got a smashed window and contacted safelite. got an appointment on the website which was super easy, had text reminders and all. by the time my appointment came they were super accommodating and had great service! lady at the front counter was very understanding as well. my window looked as good as new and i couldn’t be happier. they even cleaned up the remaining glass pieces from my car. thank you so much!! definitely recommend
