Scratched the passenger side of my large, new SUV (Wagoneer). I didn’t notice until I got home from getting it washed. We just purchased this vehicle! Terrible and would not recommend for large SUVsUpdate per the owner’s response below: Dan did look into this for me and sent me images of my vehicle that he claims are “proof” that the scratches were pre-existing damage. The images did show scratches on my vehicle as it entered this carwash. However, this is because I was entering the carwash a second time immediately following my first wash. During the first round, the car before me left too early stopping the car wash. I had to manually leave in the middle of the carwash cycle. I was told to take my car through again and this is when the images he claims as proof were taken. The damages occured during my initial visit.I reached out to the email that was provided in his initial response hoping at the very least that he would offer to look into the carwash equipment-especially considering he stated in that response that “he’d like to make things right”. I provided receipts from a body shop for my damages but didn’t ask for reimbursement-it was just to show him the actual damages and again, encourage him to look into his equipment. Unfortunately I was met with a dismissive and argumentative response explaining to me how he was right and I was wrong. This is not someone I would ever recommend doing business with. To note, I have received 6 responses from other customers who have also received damages to their vehicles. I hope at the very least this keeps someone else from experiencing this poor customer service, lack of accountability and damage to their vehicle.

Gal who helped me was pleasant. The wash was not great. Not even my windows or the rear were clean afterwards. I will go somewhere else next time, unfortunately.

Would be five stars if they offered air fresheners every time. But other than that everything else is five stars vacuum section is always clean leaves your car immaculate would recommend to anyone cost is worth the monthly subscription

The Avon team is awesome! The manager's, Nicole and Amelia and their staff Devon and Carlos and everyone else that works there are are A1 definitely the best car wash in Avon by far! I'm wishing the entire rainforest team a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Not only is this the best car wash! I have to make a shout out to an employee who really made my day today! Nicole is absolutely amazing, high energy, super friendly and professional. The Rainforest Car Wash location in Avon caused multiple scratches on the windshield of my new car. The owner did not want to take accountability and the customer service was not on par with the written mission statement of the company. I was a loyal monthly customer for a few years and unfortunately leaving due to this incident. Drivers beware of this car wash!!!

These car washes are really starting to become a joke. Half the equipment never seems to be working. The spinning brushes on the passenger side were off. $20 to clean half my car.. crazy. Picture doesn't capture it well but it was not worth the money, won't be coming back. If you are asking me to pay full price, I expect the car wash to work at 100%.

Drivers BEWARE of this car wash! Scratched my front windshield in multiple places! I was a loyal customer for a few years and disappointed that management wouldn't take accountability for this damage. I have a new car and this car wash was the first thing to touch my new windshield. You may want to use a different car wash business with better customer service values!

First time bringing my own vehicle here. Went with someone else the first time and loved it, that’s what made me decide to bring my own vehicle. Shantelle was great! (I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly) When I got to the kiosk to select my wash, she talked to me about the Monthly Unlimited wash packages. She was amazing at answering all of my questions. Very polite and knowledgeable!Love the free vacuums at the end. There is also a mat wash station for both rubber mats and carpet mats! Used both, they worked great! The Air Pressure Duster was a feature that personally I haven’t seen at another wash before. Made it easy to blow off any dust or dog hair that has accumulated on the dash or in areas hard to get to.Overall I really enjoyed my experience!Thank you!Service: Vacuuming

I love the car wash itself but the workers need to calm down. If you say that you don’t need help with purchasing a wash they stand there and stare at your entire transaction. Like get tf back Ethan. Idk, i may stop going to this place.Services: Vacuuming

I came here the other day wanting to use the vacuums but wasn't sure if I could because of the sign posted up there, luckily Shantele was there to happiky let me know I was free to use it! The place was super clean and the vacuums worked wonders:)
