I've purchased serval lenses and traded gear in at The Pixel Connection. Each time I go in, the team members I have worked with are knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel bad asking questions, and I always appreciate their recommendations and never feel pressured to buy something. This is my go-to camera store!

Can’t really give a good or bad review. Tried buying a camera from their site , both orders were cancelled by their system . Unfortunate. We’ll see if I get my refund on time . Prices seemed decent but I guess I’ll just have to find another place.

they were very friendly here. however, the solar film i bought didn’t work for the eclipse. i was suspicious because it was mirrored on both sides rather than one side like my Thousand Oaks filter. maybe my misunderstanding on what i was buying, but even fully at 1/8000 and f32 it was not dark enough.

Nice enough folks, but holy cow they are sharks when trying to trade in our sell gear. I had a professional several year old cinema camera that I knew would sell easily for $1400 - $1600. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of selling so I went in, thinking I'd let em make $300 - 500 for owning the business etc and I would take around $950. They offered me $400 and said I'd be lucky to get it. Well the camera sold on Ebay in 15 min for $1625 after fees and all I was able to get $1300. If they would have been at least not been insulting they could have had my business.

If your new to the world of photo and video or your an experienced professional or hobbiest then your looking at the right place to shop! Pixel Connection's staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable. I have yet to ask a single question they weren't able and willing to answer. Andrew, Scotty and Michele have been invaluable sources of expertise and world class customer service. Not to mention their amazing selection of gear! Every kind of brand, or piece of gear you could ever need is their. Even their used equipment is in top teir condition. And if they don't have it SURPRISE they can get it! Don't even get me started on pricing, it's fair and competitive. I've shopped here numerous times now and each time I've gotten and amazing deal on gear and a phenomenal customer service experience. It's my candy land toy store all in one and I will not hesitate to shop their again.Unfortunately I neglected to get pictures while I was running around gushing in excitement over every little thing but I'll definitely get some the next time I'm in ?

Every single member of the staff was extremely knowledgeable, offered much needed advice they even have classes you can take for just about anything to do with photography, if you're looking to buy a new or even used camera Canon Sony Fujifilm etcetera they have it all at a competitive rate. If you're a beginner and you don't even know what you're looking for just step in and any of the associates there will help you Scotty and Andrew helped me when I came by highly recommended. Forgot to take pictures of inside the store but I had some pictures of me taken so here they are look at the background I guess!

This store is the best in our book. I have been in Dodd camera and didn’t feel the care at all BUT Pixel showed that they care for you. Matthew explained everything and he has a lot of knowledge, very patient with me. I had a lot of questions and I always confused him but very patient and listened. Michelle and Andrew they took care of me too. This store are the best in town. We will drive here over again because of the care we feel.
