I used a 25% discount coupon for dry cleaning at Pat’s Cleaners in Avon and I don’t know if that triggered them to take shortcuts with my cleaning or not, but I paid $55 for a service that wasn’t done! I took two work suits there and four dress jackets to be dry cleaned.The jackets still have grime on the collars from my neck, and one of the dress jackets still had a 1” spot on it from white milk that could easily come out in a washing machine. There was evidence NO cleaning had been done, only a shabby light pressing job!I am disgusted by the lack of integrity of this business to take money for a service and not do what was paid for!

The Rini Plaza location has been my store for the last 9 years. But, due to life my new store is the Avon Commons location. Great as expected thus far.Two items to keep in mind:There is no same-day service.The store is closed on Sundays.

Quality of the end product is fine, I’ll preface with that. However- the customer service and poor attitude displayed by the woman working inside the Avon location was incredibly condescending. I was told my order was already picked up. It was not. After shouting at me that she’s here 45 hours a week and knows my order was picked up. A $205 order containing thousands of dollars in clothes.Then she proceeded to tell me she was unable to locate my order due to prepaying, then (verbatim) told me “it was my fault she couldn’t locate the order because I missed the message” to bring back the receipt when picking up my order. As if my Last name and phone number won’t suffice to search in the computer system.As an owner of five retail franchise locations myself, I would be appalled if any employee within my company EVER spoke to a client in this manner. Very poor brand representation.

Inside the building was absolutely disgusting and the owner did not seem to care about me, the other customers inside, or even his own workers. Many health code violations going on in this building as well. Will never come back here absolutely disgusting.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I hate to say it but Pat's quality has gone down. I've been using them for years but I haven't been happy the past couple times I've gone. One time my suit still had wrinkles but I wanted to give Pat's another try. Unfortunately,, that was worse. My husbands shirts weren't pressed well. One shirt had terrible wrinkles on the side. I suggest checking your items before leaving.

They ruined a brand new dress that I just purchased and wore once. Had I known what the end result would be and the quality of service I would have never taken my business to them. Extremely disappointed:(

This dry cleaner ruined several of my dresses. Literally the worst dry cleaner ever. They gave my dresses back with stains that were not there when I dropped them off.

This dry cleaners is clean and efficient. I appreciate that they are always on time and get my items cleaned pronto. They are a great full service dry cleaners and are conveniently located across from Avon Commons next to Fresh Planet.
