Ordering is no problem, the poor customer service experience starts at the phone service. Half of the time the line is busy and you can never get ahold of someone unless your meant to hit the lottery, than the call may go through.

Always love shopping here! They have a little bit of everything, and the prices are simply AMAZING. It's always clean and organized too! My husband and I order a lot online from menards for our business, and we know everyone from online pickup dept. by name. They have all become our extended family. Even the guys from security, offering us cold water. It is always a pleasure to come here. Thank you for always being so kind and going the extra mile.

Online orders: Over the years, we've ordered from Menards multiple times. First was from Sandusky since they were the closest at the time. To pick up our order, we had to wait in 6 different lines to do paperwork, sign stuff, etc. 6 lines is unacceptable for an order pickup process.
Recently ordered from Avon store. Communication was poor. Deck top wood varied in length enough to cause issues. 16 x 16 Patio stones had about 15% broken stones. We ordered delivery because we are a bit too old to move all of this order multiple times by ourselves. We paid for unbroken stones and 8' deck wood, and I know about acceptable wood variances. For $100 delivery, I expected zero issues, zero broken pieces.
