The website was NOT helpful- didn’t actually show what you stock. The Parma store staff were also unhelpful. However, Sarah Carlson from the Rocky River store went above and beyond to help me- even calling back when she found what I needed at the Avon store and called them to have it ready for me! Sarah is a super star!!!

Erin was amazing! My Mom and I went to take a look some mattresses not expecting to make a purchase today and she made sure we saw all the great options. Called to see if they had the mattress in stock. When I got there, they had it already on a dolly, waiting for me, and put a tester bed out for me to try as well!

Matt was informative and did not pressure us at all. He explained the difference between the three mattresses we were interested in. He worked with to meet a price point we were comfortable with.

I called regarding an item I thought was in-store for immediate pickup. The particular item I wanted had another size in stock for pickup. However, Bryan was very informative and helpful in assisting me with purchasing the item I wanted, and delivery in a timely manner.
Bryan even gave me options for pickup if I needed the item immediately.
I will definitely recommend solely based on customer service I received from Bryan.
