Great place to find things you didn’t know you needed or wanted. Check out has been very pleasant with the cashiers. 4 stars because the section for toddler boys is so small.

I have never been treated with such disrespect by a cashier. The staff at Marshalls in Avon OH is extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s so unfortunate.

Customer service on a return was not very friendly. Attitudes from 3 different ladies at the front ( eye rolling and all). And couldn't even return a fragrance that was the wrong kind because it was opened .... had to get a gift card on some sweat pants , and I don't even want to go back to this store ?
