We had oil leaking and took it in (under warranty) and were told the oil filter was loose. They wanted $160 for a diagnosis fee... That they did not tell us about when the car was dropped off. Then argued and said that they did say that... After discussing it with their service manager he said they would take care of it and hung up. Would not recommend this place!

Went to finally get a recall done on my Cobalt and they were the closest Chevy dealer. Very glad that it worked out that way because I was well taken care of by the service people, Matt in particular who kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. He even sent a follow-up text to make sure I was happy with the way I was treated. Great service department! Will go back.

Recently got a Jeep Wrangler from MW Avon and it was a wonderful experience !!! The managers and sales people were wonderful and answered all of my questions. Would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants honest sales people who will help you through the entire process

Went here for an oil change a month back. Just today, had to go to Firestone for a new tire and was told that my tire was previously put on backwards from this dealer which was destroying the tread on it.

Brought in my 2005 Pontiac Vibe for the airbag recall and wanted to get the wheel bearing done as well. Richard was very nice however was absent when I picked my car up. The two star review is because when I called them to check on the status of my car they also said that I would need a new axle shaft because the nut that holds it in was stripped. They wanted $700 to do the bearing and put in a new axle shaft. I thought this was outrageous so I ordered an axle shaft ($100) and I already had the wheel bearing ($100). Now, I'm a technician and this is where things get a little sketchy. I get the wheel off (maybe they meant the lug nuts were swollen) and the axle nut is perfectly fine. The threads were okay, and the nut wasn't even stripped but was a little rusty. I would appreciate comment from the service manager or the tech that worked on my vehicle as I feel that I've been lied to and I really wish I could recommend this place, but however I cannot.

I regularly have my chevy serviced here. This was my first visit since it changed from Joe Firment Chevrolet and I was astounded by the insane self aggrandizement of Mr Wahlberg. Every wall in the building is coated with posters of said dude and where there is not a wall there are life size cut outs just in case you do not understand that someone who is in the movies has plastered their name on an auto dealership! It honestly isn't a draw, it is simply ridiculous. My regular service was fine except that it cost $10 bucks more than 6 months ago and while I was told it was because of COVID I sincerely suspect it goes to the marketing collateral budget to buy more cheesy posters of Mark Wahlberg. No thanks.
