Would not recommend this place to anyone! The biggest joke we have ever dealt with! The salesman was nice, of course wanting to make a sale saying everything is always checked over top to bottom but then the brakes locked up while driving home after my husband said something was wrong before signing papers and we were assured that it would be fixed! We jumped through hoops to get the paperwork and still did not receive it all! Call after call after call and almost a month later we are still fighting with these people to fix one more thing that was said would be fixed! This is mind blowing how they are staying in business! We will NOT be returning and will NOT be recommending this place to anyone!!!!

Hands down, James Wood is THE DUDE. He didn’t hassle or waste my time and was a true true true gentleman. I came in at the 11th hour on a Monday (yeah I was that guy.. still feel bad about that) and he didn’t waiver or hesitate and provided what is beyond 5 stars. I’m not sure if I showed it, but this was a big achievement in my life getting this truck, and I couldn’t and wouldn’t do it with anyone else but James. He forever not only has my business, but my friendship… AND I GOT A FREE HUG! (Ok maybe HR won’t like that lol, sorry James hahaha).

Marti, the sales person was great, easy to work with, did NOT BS me and got me what I needed for the price I needed....
I generally hate the whole car buying process and went to several dealers (one I even walked out on) and in the end decided to work with Marti and Joe Firment.

Would not recommend using the service department at this location unless you're mechanically inclined. Definitely not women friendly. I left feeling very taken advantage of. The men at this dealership are very misogynistic.

We recently purchased a new Traverse from Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet and are very happy with the entire experience. From the moment our Entourage walked into the dealership, we felt like Instant Family. Cody, our salesman, provided the Good Vibrations without the Pain & Gain usually experienced with a vehicle purchase from the Other Guys we could’ve chosen. All of our requests were met so efficiently, we felt like Ballers! We had no Fear of being pressured into adding on other expenses that were explained to us in the finance/paperwork portion of the process either. When we Departed from the dealership with our new ride, we felt Invincible.
From start to finish we were tremendously happy with the team at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet.

It was good till I went to pick up the car. I had it in because of problems with power. They fixed the alternator but my other losses they could not find the problem. Thus my window on passenger side must stay up as it might not go back up if you open it. The guy who brought the car up put the window down and I could not get it back up. Got not help from service as they couldn't fix it. Really BAD customer service from your service staff!!!!
