The owner Daniel is a great guy always looking to improve customer experience. Unfortunately Cancelling membership do to relocating, but I enjoyed the facility and staff. Very cool concept of working out in the saunas, would recommend others to try.

I became a member in the fall of 2023 and I have to admit I usually join a gym and go a few times and stop going. This is the first gym I actually look forward to going to. I like the personal saunas and love the virtual instructors. The staff is so kind as well. Best of all are the results I can see and feel.

Great place to workout with a lot of options based on what you need at the moment. I love the flexibility. I was worried about the workouts being the same and feeling redundant, but there are so many options, it hasn’t been a problem. In fact, it gives you the opportunity to improve on each workout. Definitely happy so far.

AN INTROVERT'S DREAM! Best gym I've ever gone too, easily. If you want to workout on your own or with a gym buddy this is probably the best place around to go! Staff are beyond kind and helpful.

Gym is fine if you like video-led classes, but gets redundant if you attend regularly. Videos change about once a month. Heat takes some time to get used to. They make you come in to cancel - kinda ridiculous. And you either have to give 2 months notice or pay $99 to cancel. My door code has also not worked on a few occasions, which is really frustrating when it's not staffed and you're there late with no one to let you in.

I'm not a big fan of gyms. But this one is just enough with some great staff. They take really great care of this facility and makes sure that each and every guest is greated and helped when needed. Thank you! ❤️

I LOVE Hotworx! The sauna + infrared have sooooooo many health benefits: stress relief, pain relief and improved circulation, to name a few. The new staff is friendly and helpful. There's something for everyone beginner to advanced. HIIT workouts, isometric and so much more. You sweat a lot but it's cathartic and you leave feeling good.

I am a fan of the Hot Barre and Hot Core classes at HOTWORX. Schmoozing with the fantastic management team and the 24/7 Facility access makes it easy to stay dedicated and committed to a workout schedule.

This place is amazing , with this workout concept I am meeting my weight loss goals in record time . And with professional management consisting of Kia and Shay , these ladies educated me on what workouts to use for the target areas of my body I am trying to improve. Went in to cancel my membership NICELY, the employee was so rude to me. They’ll be nice to you the first couple of times to take your money but if you have any inconvenience don’t even bother talking to them it will be a waste of your time. I’d never sign up with them again. They read to you the contract before you sign it BUT they only read the parts that make them look good. In conclusion, horrible customer service and rude treatment. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there! Save your money.
