The owner Daniel is a great guy always looking to improve customer experience. Unfortunately Cancelling membership do to relocating, but I enjoyed the facility and staff. Very cool concept of working out in the saunas, would recommend others to try.

I became a member in the fall of 2023 and I have to admit I usually join a gym and go a few times and stop going. This is the first gym I actually look forward to going to. I like the personal saunas and love the virtual instructors. The staff is so kind as well. Best of all are the results I can see and feel.

Great place to workout with a lot of options based on what you need at the moment. I love the flexibility. I was worried about the workouts being the same and feeling redundant, but there are so many options, it hasn’t been a problem. In fact, it gives you the opportunity to improve on each workout.
