Quite literally the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. Wanted a 6 on the side, barber just decided to shave it off and give me a 3.5 taper that looks god awful. Then the top of my hair is still long and doesn’t blend well at all with the freshly shaven sides. Never ever stepping foot into a great clips again. Worst part was that that untalented awful barber was gassing herself up while giving me a horrible haircut. Came home and was truly amazed at how bad this barber was and how she still had a job. Gonna have to get another haircut here soon just to mitigate this dreadful head of hair I possess now.

My stylist is my favorite person to ever cut my hair , she is a joy to be around , otherwise I would definitely not come back to this location due to past experiences with other stylists. She is the reason people come there ,You guys seriously have a gem on your hands! She is amazing ! I am surprised she is not the manager because she basically runs the place . Asked for my left side to be evened to my right side, I didnt want it any shorter than I already had, I now have basically a pixie cut with the back of my hair in a mullet. It looks horrible.Service: Haircut

I have gotten haircuts here before but today the lady was doing her own hair when I walked in she checked me in and did my hair in 2 minutes complaing that she couldn't do hers this morning and doing here at the shop. I had to tell her about some uneven cuts she did what she can do and I said that's fine because I knew she wanted to attend back on doing her hair. I paid and left hair is uneven all over how disappointing that she's more into doing hers and not paying attention to the clients

Had to Make Deb trim my hair. Spent 40 minutes on talking her into doing her job bc of my “breakage”! So what?! Why do you think I went? Umm to get the breakage trimmed. She was condescending and talkative, but actually tried to upsell a product to me after being phony nice! Later ran into her in the Ladies room to use it, just as she was leaving out; she did not wash her hands either.

Had to ask the hair stylist multiple times to make corrections. Asked for a fade and they did almost no blending. Spent more time telling my about their personal problems than cutting. Had to make adjustments after I got home. This is the second hair cut I got that was unsatisfactory for this place. Different people each time.Services: Haircut

Haircut looked meh , worried more about gossipping and talking than just giving the haircut. Had a coupon for an 8.99 haircut, gave a 20 and she expected 11 in a tip?! Had to ask for change and seemed reluctant to give 3 bucks back, i gave over a 75%!!!! tip just to get out of there how is there reluctance to give me my change???? I’m usually not that worried about Covid, but cases are obviously up right now. The one that cut my hair didn’t have a mask and she kept coughing into her hands and then touching my hair! Felt really uncomfortable the whole time!
