Store says they are open at 9 it's now 11:30 on a sat and doors are not open. Even says open on Google glad no one showed up for work today. There is also no sign on the door saying as to why they are not open.

Erin was absolutely fantastic!! She was helpful and knowledgeable about what my son was looking for. Her and another young lady were so friendly and nice! I don't know much about video games and Erin ensured I knew what I was buying and I took her recommendations! Our experience was excellent and I definitely recommend going to Game Stop for your video game needs!!

Lady sold me used game said I had 30 days to return if I don't like it. Tried to return and was told can only return within 7 days and the lady who sold me the game doesn't work there anymore. I understand policy is policy but your in customer service, and your past employees gave out the wrong information. You should of corrected this and returned the game instead the lady was not interested at all in making any exception for me. Now I know why I haven't bought a game here in years... I'll never shop at gamestop again.

I love this Gamestop, the employees are always cool as hell and very helpful more than any other gamestop I've been to, they are attentive and make sure that you get what you want and if it isn't in stock they won't just give you a blank answer as if they don't know what is going on, they are very knowledgeable.

Went to Avon store twice. Manager was on a personal call for 20 minutes while other employees that just started couldn't help. Manager should be fired. If this your is idea of customer service. U will lose a lot of customers. I will not go back to Avon store. Grandson bought PS4. Just about one week and it didn't workManager told us to go two doors down togame stop to u broke it we fix it. The manager never asked for receipt or when we purchased it. I'll never go back there again.
