I go here to get personal things and for work. Every time I have to do two transactions, the cashiers are so rude and give me such nasty faces. I make it as easy for them as I can by separating the product on the cart, but I still get attitude from them every single time. I don’t know what else I can do to make them not give me so much attitude.

It's one of my favorite places to shop! It can get busy, but it's not hard to figure out when it's not. It doesn't take long to get a membership card, and they are so nice even when you lose your card. Their bakery and meals are delicious! Sometimes, it's hard to find things since they rotate products on a regular basis, but if it's not in an aisle, check the end cap. They often have people giving away samples of food. I've discovered a few things trying samples. Like mango salsa and Cretor's cheese and Carmel popcorn mix. The chocolate covered raisins ate are also highly recommended! You might want to stay away from the cilantro lime rice, though. I had an issue with moldy boxes at the Strongsville Costco store. I'm not sure about this store's cilantro lime rice, but that incident turned me off. I notified the store, but they didn't pull it.
Cakes are also recommended! I ordered and had my cake the next day. The pictures at the store do not do justice. They show the cakes decorated in bright red and blue. The one I ordered in blue and purple was beautiful!

There's just so many crazy amount of items to choose from. The staff is always helpful. Parking is a little crazy with the construction going on

I never leave negative reviews, but on numerous occasions it sure feels like customers are guilty until proven innocent at this store. From snarky cashiers who have issues with me handing my membership card to my wife (who is also on the membership) while I'm standing there 5 feet away to the old lady checking receipts at the exit, who accused me of stealing $8 worth of bottled water (she didn't see it clearly listed on my receipt that I paid for it), enough is enough. Thank goodness I never cancelled my Sam's Club membership.

Placed my whole pizza order by phone; was told 20 minutes. Got there to pick it up and they had used mine for the window slices, it took 46 minutes from when I placed the order for them to give it to me when said 20 when I placed the order.
