Costco Vision Center is a highly recommended optical service provider. Their opticians excel at assisting customers with frame selection, adjustments, and other questions. However, the snow and ice maintenance at the facility needs improvement to ensure safe access. The staff's exceptional care and customer service are also noteworthy.
Subpar service, inefficient prioritization leading to unnecessarily long waits. Go to the strongsville one instead.

Place is great - but they need to hire someone to salt / clear snow who knows what they're doing. Almost went down the 12/19 with the snow and ice. Whomever they hired is clueless.

Overall I love this store...only one complaint. The croissants are ALWAYS over cooked! They would be amazing but they leave them in the oven 1-2 minutes too long and it ruins them. Please consider changing your cook time, thank you
